【摘要】：全球化帶來全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)也加大了各大城市之間的競爭,"企業(yè)化政府"的城市管治模式也越來越受到重視,但一味地以經(jīng)濟(jì)利益為導(dǎo)向,導(dǎo)致政府"企業(yè)化"現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,城市空間呈現(xiàn)企業(yè)化特征。通過比較分析"企業(yè)型政府"與"政府企業(yè)化"的行為模式,以城市空間迪斯尼化、城市中心商務(wù)區(qū)、門禁社區(qū)、標(biāo)志性建筑為例概述中國城市空間發(fā)展中的企業(yè)化現(xiàn)象,總結(jié)分析中國城市空間企業(yè)化帶來的問題并予以客觀的評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Globalization has brought the rapid development of the global economy, at the same time increased the competition among the major cities, the "enterprise government" of the urban governance model has been paid more and more attention, but blindly guided by economic interests. As a result, the phenomenon of "enterprise" is becoming more and more serious, and the urban space is characterized by enterprise. By comparing and analyzing the behavior pattern of "enterprise government" and "government enterprise", we can make the city space Disney. This paper summarizes the phenomenon of corporatization in the development of urban space in China, summarizes and analyzes the problems brought about by the corporatization of urban space in China, and gives an objective evaluation.
