【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,非營利組織作為眾多新興經(jīng)濟(jì)主體之一,不僅在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮作用,更在政治領(lǐng)域內(nèi)為全球治理危機(jī)提供了一種有益的解決方法,成為政府之外的另一種公共管理主體。公民社會則是隨著非營利組織的興起而發(fā)展起來的,非營利組織所追求的自由、獨(dú)立以及民主公民權(quán)皆是公民社會的核心要素,兩者在價值觀上具有高度的一致性。非營利組織對公民社會的建設(shè)意義重大,它在公民權(quán)的保障、公民意識的培育、公民參與方式的多樣化及"強(qiáng)社會"的建設(shè)等方面具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, non-profit organizations, as one of the emerging economic subjects, not only play a role in the economic field, but also provide a useful solution to the global governance crisis in the political field. Civil society is developed with the rise of non-profit organizations, the freedom that non-profit organizations pursue. Independence and democratic citizenship are the core elements of civil society, the two have a high degree of consistency in values. Non-profit organizations have great significance to the construction of civil society, it is the protection of civil rights. The cultivation of civic consciousness, the diversification of citizen participation and the construction of a strong society play an important role.
