【摘要】："城市雙修"是中央城市工作會議提出的城市規(guī)劃管理工作的新要求,是新常態(tài)下適應(yīng)存量規(guī)劃、探索城市轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展之路的全新理念。歷史河道與城市起源、發(fā)展、衍變過程密切相關(guān),在高速的城市建設(shè)中,如何解決歷史河道的文化內(nèi)涵與功能價值被掩藏的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)濱水區(qū)復(fù)興具有重要的意義。文章結(jié)合成都"宜居水岸"工程,以護(hù)城河中的西郊河、飲馬河示范段為例,從強(qiáng)化文化特色、優(yōu)化功能布局、完善道路交通和改善生態(tài)環(huán)境四個方面探討"城市雙修"理念下的歷史河道復(fù)興規(guī)劃策略,以期為相關(guān)規(guī)劃提供參考。

Combining with Chengdu's "livable waterfront" project, to the west of the moat of the demonstration River, Yinma River as an example, from strengthening the cultural characteristics, function layout optimization, four aspects of the improvement of road traffic and improve the ecological environment of the city "under the concept of historical River revitalization planning strategy, in order to provide reference for the related planning.
