【摘要】：智慧城市、智慧空間、智慧世界——“智慧”的概念，已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今討論城市發(fā)展的主要議題之一。然而，對于出現(xiàn)頻率如此之高的“智慧城市”一詞，學(xué)界還存在很多疑問：“智慧城市”的含義究竟是什么？是一個(gè)市場標(biāo)簽？一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)概念？還是一個(gè)空想式的美夢？所謂的“智慧城市”，是否真的可以解決我們現(xiàn)在和未來的問題與挑戰(zhàn)？西方智慧城市理論主要針對當(dāng)代城市出現(xiàn)的問題，如人口增加、氣候惡化、糧食短缺、水資源污染、能源匱乏、環(huán)境破壞、交通擁堵、管理低效等，從信息通訊技術(shù)、公共管理、環(huán)境保護(hù)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域入手，進(jìn)行全方位的研究。目前，西方智慧城市理論研究與具體實(shí)踐已經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟，一些實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)投入使用。 然而，西方智慧城市理論的研究主要關(guān)注信息技術(shù)、公共管理、環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面，對于城市形態(tài)與設(shè)計(jì)策略并沒有特別的關(guān)注。本文立足于西方智慧城市理論的前沿研究，通過大量閱讀國外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，對目前西方智慧城市理論的主要研究議題進(jìn)行了整理，并從中挑選了與建筑學(xué)關(guān)系最為密切的四個(gè)議題進(jìn)行分析，分別為：智慧城市與城市生態(tài)環(huán)境；智慧城市與城市公共空間；智慧城市與城市建筑；智慧城市與城市建設(shè)模式。本文通過對此四個(gè)議題的探討，，對智慧城市與建筑學(xué)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了剖析與解讀目前，國內(nèi)對于智慧城市相關(guān)議題的研究還局限在公共管理、信息技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域，從建筑學(xué)出發(fā)的相關(guān)研究相對匱乏。筆者希望能夠通過本文，介紹西方智慧城市理論與實(shí)踐的最新動(dòng)向，針對建筑學(xué)專業(yè)對智慧城市進(jìn)行解讀，為國內(nèi)建筑學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究智慧城市提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:The concept of "intelligent city", "intelligent space" and "intelligent world" has become one of the main topics in the discussion of urban development today. However, the word "intelligent city", which appears so frequently, has become one of the most important topics in the discussion of urban development. There are still many questions in academic circles: what is the meaning of "intelligent city"? Is it a market label? An academic concept? Or an utopian dream? Can the so-called "City of Wisdom" really solve our problems and challenges now and in the future? The western theory of intelligent city mainly aims at the problems of modern cities, such as population increase, climate deterioration, food shortage, water pollution, energy shortage, environmental damage, traffic congestion, inefficient management and so on. From the information and communication technology, public administration, environmental protection, sustainable development and other fields, carry on the omni-directional research. At present, the western wisdom city theory research and the concrete practice already quite mature. Some practical projects have been put into use. However, the western intelligent city theory mainly focuses on information technology, public management, environmental protection and so on. There is no special attention to urban form and design strategy. This paper based on the advanced research of western intelligent city theory, through reading a large number of relevant foreign literature. The main research topics of the western intelligent city theory are sorted out, and four topics which are most closely related to architecture are selected. They are: intelligent city and urban ecological environment; Intelligent City and Urban Public Space; Intelligent City and Urban Architecture; Through the discussion of these four topics, this paper analyzes and interprets the internal relationship between intelligent city and architecture. Domestic research on intelligent city issues is limited to the public administration, information technology and other fields, from the architecture of the relative lack of relevant research. I hope to be able to pass this article. This paper introduces the latest trend of the theory and practice of the western intelligent city, and interprets the intelligent city in view of the architecture specialty, which provides some help for the study of the intelligent city in the field of architecture in China.
