【摘要】：環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施的發(fā)展是伴隨著城市的發(fā)展而進(jìn)行的,與此同時(shí),隨著城市規(guī)劃工作的不斷優(yōu)化,環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施建設(shè)也得到了不斷的革新與完善,特別是在衛(wèi)生公共設(shè)施、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生工程設(shè)施以及環(huán)境衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)使用的公共場(chǎng)所等等,都進(jìn)行了更好的完善。蘇州吳江太湖新城成立的時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng),一個(gè)新興的城市特別應(yīng)該重視城市的環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施布局,只有通過合理的對(duì)環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,才能夠更好的促進(jìn)城市擴(kuò)張,以及各方面問題的解決。在選址、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,以及集約化用地的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)最為合理的垃圾收運(yùn)模式的建設(shè),從而形成擁有垃圾處理設(shè)施、垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站以及環(huán)衛(wèi)服務(wù)站三位一體的環(huán)衛(wèi)服務(wù)體系,這樣來更好的促進(jìn)城市垃圾處理方面用地的集約化,以及有效的避免一些沖突事件的發(fā)生。吳江太湖新城于2012年1月成立,是蘇州“一核四城”城市格局的南部板塊。通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)蘇州吳江太湖新城目前在環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施布點(diǎn)規(guī)劃方面存在一些問題,原有的環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施無法滿足人口增長(zhǎng)以及各方面不斷發(fā)展的需求,需要進(jìn)一步在充分分析現(xiàn)有問題的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的系統(tǒng)的環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施布點(diǎn)規(guī)劃研究。蘇州吳江太湖新城環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施的需求矛盾日漸嚴(yán)重,已一定程度上影響了城市的健康發(fā)展,設(shè)施的規(guī)劃新增已是刻不容緩。借助于相關(guān)材料的研究和分析,從而得出吳江太湖新城環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施規(guī)劃以及管理策略方面應(yīng)該更多的傾向于城市的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及技術(shù)等多方面的綜合性發(fā)展,并且,有針對(duì)性的從市政規(guī)劃、公共管理以及規(guī)劃實(shí)施保障這幾個(gè)方面來提出有效的解決措施,從而借此,來為能夠更好的提升城市環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施規(guī)劃水平,以及城市環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施的管理水平提出更為有效的幫助。
[Abstract]:The development of sanitation facilities is accompanied by the development of the city and, at the same time, with the continuous optimization of city planning work, sanitation facilities construction has been constantly improving and innovation, especially in public health facilities, environmental sanitation engineering facilities and sanitation institutions of public places and so on, have a better sound Suzhou Wujiang Taihu city was set up. The time is not long, a new city especially should attach importance to the city's sanitation facilities layout, only through reasonable planning of the sanitation facilities, can better promote the expansion of the city, and solve these problems. The formulation of standards at the site, and intensive land use base on the realization of the most reasonable waste collection and transportation mode of construction, which has waste disposal facilities, garbage three-in-one sanitation service system of transfer station and sanitation service station So, to better promote the city garbage disposal with intensive land, and effectively avoid some conflict events. Wujiang Metro Taihu was established in January 2012, is Suzhou's "four nuclear city" city pattern of the southern plate. Through field research, found that the Suzhou Wujiang Taihu Metro currently in sanitation facilities layout planning there are some problems, the original sanitation facilities can not meet the development of population growth and the demand, need to be further system based on the full analysis of the existing problems on the design of sanitation planning Suzhou Wujiang Taihu Metro. Thus sanitation facilities demand contradiction is increasingly serious, has affected the healthy development of the city the new facilities planning, it is urgent to research and analysis. With the help of relevant materials, so that the Wujiang Taihu new city sanitation facilities Planning and management strategies should be more inclined to the comprehensive development of city society, economy and technology etc. and targeted from the municipal planning, public management and planning implementation guarantee this to put forward some effective measures, in order to enhance the city planning, to the level of sanitation facilities can be better the city sanitation facilities, as well as the management level put forward more effective help.
