泥石流是我國山區(qū)常見的自然現(xiàn)象,由于泥石流爆發(fā)迅速,來勢(shì)兇猛,常伴有崩塌、滑坡及洪水等多重作用,破壞力大,每年都造成嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,阻礙經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,因此合理有效的預(yù)報(bào)就變得尤為重要。本文以四川省汶川縣七盤溝為例,采用SCS分布式水文模型結(jié)合土壤類型、坡度、土地利用類型等下墊面因素,推算流域的產(chǎn)匯流量,并以此為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式對(duì)泥石流暴發(fā)規(guī)模作了系統(tǒng)的研究,并與2013年7月11日實(shí)際發(fā)生的泥石流進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果顯示:計(jì)算得到的清水洪峰流量和泥石流總量分別為136.75m3/s和110.3×104m3,其中泥石流總量與實(shí)測(cè)值相比,誤差在5%以內(nèi)。說明基于SCS水文模型進(jìn)行泥石流預(yù)報(bào)具有一定的應(yīng)用意義,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果可以促進(jìn)泥石流工程防治的開展,為泥石流的防治和提供基礎(chǔ)。
