空間用3 W@80 K脈沖管制冷機實驗研究

【摘要】:為冷卻某空間用紅外探測器,研制了一臺斯特林型脈沖管制冷機。該制冷機為單級同軸型結(jié)構(gòu),整機重量4.5 kg,設計壽命5年。系統(tǒng)介紹了脈沖管制冷機系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及實驗裝置,測試了制冷機性能及其與杜瓦耦合后的降溫特性曲線,實驗結(jié)果表明,脈沖管制冷機在80 K可提供0—3 W制冷量,比卡諾效率11%,其制冷量可充分滿足杜瓦組件的低溫和長壽命的工程需求。
