新型雙蒸發(fā)制冷系統(tǒng)制冷劑的研究

【摘要】:研究了噴射器內(nèi)部流體流動(dòng)過(guò)程,應(yīng)用質(zhì)量守恒、動(dòng)量守恒、能量守恒對(duì)兩相噴射器建立了熱力學(xué)模型,分析了不同制冷劑對(duì)新型雙蒸發(fā)制冷系統(tǒng)性能的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:新型雙蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)中,當(dāng)蒸發(fā)和冷凝溫度相同時(shí),R152a的性能系數(shù)高于其他4種制冷劑,R143a的噴射系數(shù)、噴射器的壓縮效率、制冷量和性能系數(shù)提高率均高于其他4種制冷劑;當(dāng)蒸發(fā)溫度不變時(shí),性能系數(shù)提高率隨著冷凝溫度的升高而降低,冷凝溫度為30℃時(shí),制冷劑為R143a,性能系數(shù)提高率達(dá)20%。
[Abstract]:The fluid flow process in the injector was studied, and the thermodynamic model was established by using mass conservation, momentum conservation and energy conservation on the two-phase injector. The results show that when the evaporation and condensation temperature are the same, the performance coefficient of R152a is higher than that of the other four kinds of refrigerant, the injection coefficient of R143a, the compression efficiency of the injector, the improvement rate of refrigeration capacity and performance coefficient are higher than that of the other four kinds of refrigerants.
