炮眼堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了解決鉆孔爆破炮眼利用率低,裝藥量大等問題,結(jié)合多種機械動作堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)的特點,應(yīng)用膨脹技術(shù)的原理提出膨脹式堵塞結(jié)構(gòu),通過對堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)進行力學(xué)分析,建立了最優(yōu)膨脹角和最優(yōu)堵塞長度計算模型。在摩擦系數(shù)為0.0028時,膨脹半錐角理論值為8°,在圍巖、炸藥、孔深一定的情況下,最優(yōu)堵塞長度理論值為0.34 m,在經(jīng)驗值范圍內(nèi)。采用兩種不同堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)進行工業(yè)性試驗,結(jié)果表明:膨脹式堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)相對于粘土堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)提高了炮孔的利用率,降低了用藥量。膨脹式堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)對堵塞結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate and large charge quantity of drilling blasting hole, combined with the characteristics of various mechanical action blockage structures, the expansive blockage structure is put forward by using the principle of expansion technology. through the mechanical analysis of the blockage structure, the calculation model of the optimal expansion angle and the optimal blockage length is established. When the friction coefficient is 0.0028, the theoretical value of expansion half cone angle is 8 擄. Under the condition of certain surrounding rock, explosive and hole depth, the theoretical value of optimal blockage length is 0.34 m, which is in the range of empirical value. Two different blocking structures were used to carry out industrial tests. The results show that the expansion blockage structure improves the utilization ratio of the hole and reduces the charge consumption compared with the clay blockage structure. The expansion blockage structure has certain guiding significance for the design of blockage structure.
