【摘要】：重卡,主要是一種為了運輸貨物而設(shè)計和裝備的商用車輛。近年來,重卡在世界汽車行業(yè)中占據(jù)的地位越來越重要,重卡駕駛員的行車安全和身心健康也受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。而與重卡駕駛員接觸最為密切,影響重卡駕駛員生理和心理的最大因素就是重卡的駕駛室。然而我國現(xiàn)階段的重卡駕駛室存在作業(yè)空間布局不合理,人機系統(tǒng)效能低下;造型安全性不足,色彩搭配宜人性研究不深入等問題。文章以陜汽德龍系列車型駕駛室為研究對象,以人機工程學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),對駕駛室進行設(shè)計和分析,在駕駛室布局、造型、色彩上進行改良設(shè)計,力求設(shè)計出高效、安全、舒適、宜人的重卡駕駛室。本文首先對駕駛室主要部件進行歸類,對比得出重卡駕駛室和普通乘用車駕駛室的區(qū)別,分析國內(nèi)外重卡駕駛室的研究現(xiàn)狀,確定對于駕駛室布局、造型、色彩三個方面的研究。然后分別對布局、造型、色彩進行介紹,并說明三個方面對駕駛員的影響;使用問卷調(diào)研來獲取駕駛員對于駕駛室的滿意度并進行分析,獲取駕駛室設(shè)計的需求。再基于人機工程學(xué),運用駕駛室遵循的空間布局五個原則以及包絡(luò)線、手伸及界面、眼橢圓等理論;造型設(shè)計的雙極限、單極限、折中設(shè)計原則;色彩設(shè)計遵循的生理感受和心理效應(yīng);使用國標(biāo)、H點、人體模型等方法對駕駛室空間布局進行設(shè)計,通過成年人人體尺寸、修正量和百分位數(shù)等對駕駛室座椅、儀表臺、腳踏板、手柄造型進行設(shè)計,根據(jù)色彩的屬性以及配色原理對駕駛室色彩進行設(shè)計。最后使用CATIA軟件對駕駛室造型設(shè)計進行虛擬仿真分析,通過主觀評價方法對駕駛室布局和色彩設(shè)計進行分析評價。
[Abstract]:Heavy truck is mainly a commercial vehicle designed and equipped to transport goods. In recent years, heavy truck plays a more and more important role in the world automobile industry, and the driving safety and physical and mental health of heavy truck drivers have also received extensive attention. The most close contact with the heavy truck driver, the biggest factor affecting the physiology and psychology of the heavy truck driver is the cab of the heavy truck. However, at present, there are some problems in the heavy truck cab in our country, such as unreasonable layout of working space, low efficiency of man-machine system, lack of modeling security, indepth study of color fit and so on. This paper takes the cab of Shaanxi Qidelong series model as the research object, takes the ergonomics as the foundation, carries on the design and the analysis to the cab design, carries on the improvement design in the cab layout, the shape, the color, strives to design the high efficiency, the safety, the comfortable. A pleasant heavy truck cab. In this paper, the main components of the cab are classified, the difference between the heavy truck cab and the ordinary passenger car cab is compared, the research status of the heavy truck cab at home and abroad is analyzed, and the layout and shape of the cab are determined. The study of color in three aspects. Then the layout, modeling and color are introduced, and the influence of three aspects on the driver is explained. The questionnaire survey is used to obtain the driver's satisfaction with the cab and analyze it to obtain the demand of cab design. Based on ergonomics, the five principles of cab spatial layout, including envelope, hand extension and interface, eye ellipse, double limit, single limit and compromise design principle of modeling design, are used to apply the five principles of cab layout, such as envelope, hand extension, interface, eye ellipse and so on. The physiological feeling and psychological effect of color design; The space layout of cab is designed by using national standard, H point, mannequin and other methods, and the cab seat, instrument platform, pedal and handle are designed by adult human body size, correction and percentile. According to the color attribute and the color matching principle to carry on the design to the cab color. Finally, the virtual simulation analysis of cab modeling design is carried out by using CATIA software, and the cab layout and color design are analyzed and evaluated by subjective evaluation method.
