二維周期阻尼薄板結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲特性

【摘要】:薄板結(jié)構(gòu)中,傳統(tǒng)大塊敷設(shè)阻尼雖然能提高隔聲量,但不利于輕量化設(shè)計(jì),因此提出二維周期阻尼敷設(shè)方式,借助有限元法及VA one聲學(xué)仿真軟件,分析二維周期塊狀阻尼分布、形狀等參數(shù)對(duì)薄板隔聲特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著阻尼數(shù)目的增加,在16~125Hz和250~1 000 Hz頻段內(nèi),6塊阻尼敷設(shè)方式隔聲量最小;全頻段范圍內(nèi),x、y方向晶格常數(shù)均為100mm時(shí),隔聲量最小。因此,在特定頻段內(nèi),合理調(diào)整周期阻尼結(jié)構(gòu)的晶格常數(shù)及阻尼數(shù)目能使隔聲量達(dá)到最大;二維周期阻尼形狀對(duì)隔聲量有較大的影響,對(duì)于圓、正三角形及矩形三種特定的阻尼形狀而言,圓形阻尼形狀隔聲效果最優(yōu)。
