連續(xù)式膠帶封箱紙箱成型機的設計與研究
[Abstract]:Carton packaging plays a more and more important role in the production of beer, drinks, dairy products and the packaging and transportation of fresh fruits and vegetables at home and abroad. At present, the output of food and beverage in the domestic market is getting higher and higher, and the speed of packaging production line, especially carton packing, is also required to increase. At present, the production capacity and packing quality of packing line lag far behind the market demand. The development speed of carton molding machine is far from meeting the rapid development of production enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new mechanism for the rubber belt carton molding machine, to improve the forming speed and quality of the carton, to improve the generating ability of the packaging production line, to improve the production conditions and to reduce the production cost. Further enhance the market competitiveness of carton molding machine. Based on the development status of carton molding machine in China, the main types of carton molding machine in China are analyzed, and its mechanism composition, function, technological process and working principle are analyzed and studied in detail. Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing intermittent carton molding machine, the relatively reasonable structure is optimized and integrated, and the technological process and main mechanism composition of a new type of carton molding machine, continuous tape sealing carton molding machine, are designed. A new type of actuator for continuous carton molding is designed. The forming mechanism of carton is analyzed by using the motion theory of plane mechanism, the mechanism composition of the existing vertical box molding machine is compared and analyzed, the motion analysis of the mechanism is carried out, and a new on-line vertical box motion analysis model is established. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the vertical box mechanism of carton molding machine. The key vertical box forming mechanism of the new carton molding machine is analyzed and studied, and the 3D modeling of the vertical box forming mechanism is carried out based on SolidWorks software. The motion characteristics of crank slider in continuous vertical box forming mechanism are analyzed theoretically, and the kinematic characteristic equation is established. The 3D solid model of virtual prototype of equivalent crank slider is constructed. The motion simulation analysis of the virtual prototype is carried out by using SolidWorks Motion, and different slider motion characteristic curves are generated. The motion curves of the prototype under different conditions are compared and analyzed, and the feasibility of the designed on-line vertical box forming mechanism is verified, which provides reliable technical data for the production and manufacture of the whole machine.
