【摘要】：為了提高大規(guī)模定制型制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,運用繆瑟的系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計方法,對制造企業(yè)的各作業(yè)單元物流和非物流的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,得出該企業(yè)的作業(yè)單位綜合相關(guān)圖。根據(jù)綜合相關(guān)圖,運用Tompkins的關(guān)系表技術(shù)對該企業(yè)的各作業(yè)單位的布局進(jìn)行設(shè)計,最終運用面積圖的知識,結(jié)合制造企業(yè)的實際情況,從而確定最終的設(shè)施布局圖。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the production efficiency of mass customization manufacturing enterprises, the relationship between operation unit logistics and non-logistics of manufacturing enterprises is analyzed by using Muther's system layout design method, and the comprehensive correlation diagram of operation units of this enterprise is obtained. According to the comprehensive correlation diagram, the layout of each operation unit of the enterprise is designed by using the relation table technology of Tompkins. Finally, the knowledge of the area map is used and the actual situation of the manufacturing enterprise is combined to determine the final layout diagram of the facility.
