崩落采礦法擠壓爆破質(zhì)量控制方法的實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為提高崩落采礦法擠壓爆破作業(yè)中的爆破質(zhì)量,應(yīng)用物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)值模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)中深孔擠壓爆破質(zhì)量控制方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)。基于礦巖爆破破碎機(jī)理和相似理論,優(yōu)化了實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)驗(yàn)工藝流程和實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置。進(jìn)行了可爆性實(shí)驗(yàn)、物理相似材料模擬爆破實(shí)驗(yàn)和三維數(shù)值模擬爆破實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)不同裝藥結(jié)構(gòu)和爆速條件下巖體的破壞效果、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)變化和爆破能量釋放規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:較高爆速炸藥在應(yīng)力作用、裂隙形成和破壞效果方面均優(yōu)于低爆速炸藥,孔底起爆和孔內(nèi)布設(shè)全長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)爆索有利于改善爆破質(zhì)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)成果可以為中深孔擠壓爆破質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the blasting quality of extrusion blasting by caving mining method, the quality control method of medium-deep hole extrusion blasting was tested by physical simulation experiment and numerical simulation experiment. Based on the fracture mechanism and similarity theory of ore-rock blasting, the experimental scheme is optimized and the experimental process and equipment are designed. The blasting effect, stress field variation and blasting energy release rule of rock mass under different charge structure and blasting velocity were studied by means of explosibility experiment, physical similar material simulation blasting experiment and three-dimensional numerical simulation blasting experiment. The experimental results show that the high detonation velocity explosive is superior to the low detonation rate explosive in stress action, crack formation and damage effect, and the bottom initiation of the hole and the placement of the full-length detonating cord in the hole are beneficial to the improvement of the blasting quality. The experimental results can provide the basis for the experimental research and experimental design of the quality control technology of medium-deep hole extrusion blasting.
