基于分布式超聲無損檢測方法的零件內(nèi)部缺陷檢測

【摘要】:超聲檢測廣泛應用于工業(yè)檢測,比如超聲相控陣檢測法和超聲A掃應用于零件內(nèi)部缺陷檢測。然而,這些方法可以檢測出缺陷位置卻很難精確地檢測缺陷尺寸,缺陷定量成了急需解決并且很有意義的問題。本文提出了一種分布式超聲無損檢測方法,將超聲探頭均勻布置在檢測表面,每一個超聲探頭可以同時發(fā)射和接收超聲信號,通過對接收到的信號進行處理來重構(gòu)缺陷輪廓;诜植际匠暉o損檢測方法,重構(gòu)零件的人造缺陷并建立相應的聲學仿真模型。通過多項式擬合法和聚類法分別處理實驗和仿真所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)并重構(gòu)缺陷輪廓。實驗結(jié)果和仿真結(jié)果顯示重構(gòu)的橢圓形缺陷和正方形缺陷具有一定的精度。結(jié)果表明分布式超聲無損檢測方法有潛在的應用價值和理論意義。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic testing is widely used in industrial detection, such as ultrasonic phased array detection and ultrasonic A-scan in parts internal defect detection. However, these methods can detect the defect position but it is difficult to accurately detect the defect size. In this paper, a distributed ultrasonic nondestructive testing method is proposed. The ultrasonic probe is uniformly arranged on the detection surface. Each ultrasonic probe can transmit and receive the ultrasonic signal at the same time, and the defect profile can be reconstructed by processing the received signal. Based on the distributed ultrasonic nondestructive testing method, the artificial defects of the parts are reconstructed and the corresponding acoustic simulation model is established. The data obtained from experiment and simulation are processed by polynomial fitting method and clustering method, respectively, and the defect profile is reconstructed. Experimental results and simulation results show that the reconstructed elliptical and square defects have a certain accuracy. The results show that the distributed ultrasonic nondestructive testing method has potential application value and theoretical significance.
