流致噪聲機理及預報方法研究綜述

【摘要】:從自由湍流噪聲、壁面湍流噪聲、轉子噪聲和空腔流動4個方面對流致噪聲機理及預報方法進行綜述。對目前工程應用中的3個主要流致噪聲預報方法,即Lighthill聲比擬理論、Kirchhoff方法和渦聲理論的基本原理及適用性進行詳細討論,并對流致噪聲數(shù)值模擬方法進行總結。其中,Lighthill聲比擬理論屬噪聲源先驗理論,雖方便應用但不能描述聲流相互作用基礎問題;Kirchhoff方法在運用的過程中雖不需要確切獲知源的屬性,但聲源區(qū)的計算精度很重要;渦聲理論在聲流相互作用等領域有著良好的研究前景。自由湍流噪聲以四極子雷諾應力源為主,存在如螺旋槳等固壁邊界時則會產(chǎn)生偶極子源,在低馬赫數(shù)流動中是更為有效的聲源。
[Abstract]:The mechanism and prediction methods of convection-induced noise are summarized from four aspects: free turbulence noise, wall turbulence noise, rotor noise and cavity flow. This paper discusses in detail the basic principles and applicability of three main flow induced noise prediction methods in engineering applications, namely, Lighthill sound analogy theory, Kirchhoff method and vortex sound theory, and summarizes the numerical simulation methods of convection induced noise. Among them, Lighthill acoustic analogy theory belongs to the prior theory of noise source, although it is convenient to apply, it can not describe the basic problem of acoustic flow interaction, although the Kirchhoff method does not need to know exactly the attribute of the source in the process of application, the calculation accuracy of the sound source region is very important. Vortex sound theory has a good prospect in the field of acoustic flow interaction. The free turbulence noise is dominated by quadrupole Reynolds stress source, and dipole source is produced when there are solid wall boundary such as propeller, which is a more effective sound source in low Mach number flow.
