調(diào)節(jié)范圍擴(kuò)大下熱力膨脹閥感溫包充注介質(zhì)及組分研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of technology and the high demand for air conditioning, the performance improvement of thermal expansion valve has received great attention. Among them, the filling mode of the temperature sensor package has become one of the focus of attention. The filling mode of the temperature sensing package has a great influence on the expansion of the use temperature zone of the thermal expansion valve and the improvement of its working performance, but the theoretical research on the temperature sensing package filling method is also discussed. Numerical calculations, etc., have not been reported publicly. The working performance of temperature sensing system can be improved by different filling methods and filling liquid components. In this paper, the filling mode and composition of thermal expansion valve are studied theoretically and numerically simulated. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the research background, composition and function of thermal expansion valve are described, and the application and research status of thermal expansion valve at home and abroad are briefly introduced. As well as the thermal expansion valve temperature-sensing filling methods and so on. (2) through theoretical analysis and comparison of various filling methods, it is determined that liquid cross-filling has obvious advantages in various aspects and has high research value. (3) using Visual Basic language and EES to program and calculate the components and the proportion of each component in the liquid filled with temperature, the calculation results of binary mixed refrigerant and ternary mixed refrigerant are compared and analyzed. Determine the suitable composition of the temperature-sensitive filling liquid.
