【摘要】：目的設(shè)計(jì)一種氣動書籍連動裝袋裝置,以實(shí)現(xiàn)書本自動裝袋包裝的功能。方法通過對書籍包裝現(xiàn)狀的分析,研究氣動書籍連動裝袋裝置開袋動作和裝袋動作的工藝流程,設(shè)計(jì)出一種適合書籍裝袋包裝的裝袋裝置,利用Matlab建立運(yùn)動力學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用ADAMS進(jìn)行仿真,最后進(jìn)行實(shí)際測試。結(jié)果包裝機(jī)的包裝速度大約為22本/min,包裝成功率穩(wěn)定在96%左右,且破袋率保持在3%以下,包裝質(zhì)量較好。結(jié)論該氣動書籍連動裝袋裝置開袋推書動作穩(wěn)定、高效,實(shí)現(xiàn)了書籍自動裝袋功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a pneumatic book-loading device to realize the function of automatic book-packing. Methods based on the analysis of the present situation of book packing, the technological process of bagging and bagging was studied, and a kind of bagging device suitable for book-packing was designed. The mathematical model of motion mechanics was established by using Matlab. The simulation is carried out by ADAMS, and finally the actual test is carried out. Results the packing speed of the packing machine was about 22 copies / min, the successful rate of packaging was about 96%, and the bag breaking rate remained below 3%, and the packing quality was better. Conclusion the pneumatic book-loading device is stable and efficient, and realizes the function of automatic book-loading.
