HJ公司氧化電泳過(guò)程質(zhì)量改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:The process of aluminum profile oxidation electrophoresis directly affects the surface quality, service life and appearance effect of aluminum profile. Surface treatment is the last step and the most important step in aluminum profile production. The process is complex and affected by many parameters. The quality of aluminum profile oxidation electrophoresis is not only affected by the processes of degreasing, alkali etching, neutralization and surface pretreatment, anodic oxidation, electrophoretic painting, sealing hole, etc., the quality of aluminum alloy ingot, Extrusion quality and other previous production procedures also have a great impact on the quality of oxidative electrophoresis. In this paper, many factors in the production process of HJ aluminum profile by oxidative electrophoresis were studied by means of field investigation, production process analysis and literature study. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and field production, the optimum technological parameters of the production process are determined, the main factors affecting the quality of oxidized electrophoretic aluminum profiles are found out, and the solutions are put forward. Through consulting a large number of relevant documents, mastering the quality management and improvement theory at home and abroad, combing and analyzing the production process of aluminum profile oxidation electrophoresis, the key process and key control points are further clarified. Identify processes that have a major impact on product quality. Based on the investigation and analysis of the quality situation of the oxidation electrophoretic workshop of HJ Company, the concrete problems existing in the production process of HJ Company are put forward, and the quality problems in the production process are analyzed and summarized. Finally, it provides the corresponding quality improvement plan for HJ production process. The results of this paper not only put forward the countermeasures and solutions for improving the quality of HJ oxidation electrophoretic workshop, but also improve the quality of HJ aluminum profile oxidation electrophoresis. At the same time, other small and medium enterprises for quality improvement can also learn from the methods and experience of HJ.
