基于創(chuàng)新活力監(jiān)測的創(chuàng)意眾包方法及關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:眾包通過招募非特定參與者完成群體工作已有成功運用案例,在創(chuàng)意設計領域被寄予厚望。創(chuàng)意眾包方法聚合集體智慧、獲得創(chuàng)意方案,可支撐創(chuàng)新的良性發(fā)展,但存在隨機性與不確定性。目前創(chuàng)意眾包方法中存在兩個主要問題。首先,既有產(chǎn)品方案與概念產(chǎn)品方案間概念的相互聯(lián)系缺失,使得方案的概念分布缺乏有效參考。其次,創(chuàng)意眾包過程的實時狀態(tài)缺乏可計算的指標,給自動化創(chuàng)意眾包過程增加了阻礙。為解決以上問題,本文提出一種基于創(chuàng)新活力監(jiān)測的創(chuàng)意眾包方法。該方法基于多輪次的眾包任務迭代,首先招募眾包參與者搜尋既有產(chǎn)品方案、建立對應的概念模型。進而招募眾包參與者進行創(chuàng)意設計并提交概念產(chǎn)品方案,融合既有產(chǎn)品方案、概念產(chǎn)品方案構建概念模型。在迭代過程中,該方法依據(jù)實時計算的創(chuàng)新活力指標判定既有產(chǎn)品方案搜尋的結束條件,同時對概念產(chǎn)品設計眾包中的創(chuàng)新活力進行實時檢測及預警。本文隨后對提出方法的兩項關鍵支撐技術——基于相似度評價的方案概念空間映射算法、基于方案概念原型建模的創(chuàng)新活力算法進行研究。通過構建原型系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)上述眾包方法,本文以坐姿矯正的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)意設計任務為例,對提出方法及關鍵技術的可行性、有效性進行了驗證。實驗結果表明,該方法可實現(xiàn)既有產(chǎn)品方案與概念產(chǎn)品方案間概念聯(lián)系的構建,得到的創(chuàng)新活力指標可反映眾包過程中的方案分布狀態(tài)并用于實現(xiàn)自動化創(chuàng)意眾包過程。
[Abstract]:Crowdsourcing has been successful in the field of creative design by recruiting non-specific participants for group work. The creative crowdsourcing method aggregates collective wisdom and acquires creative schemes, which can support the benign development of innovation, but there is randomness and uncertainty. At present, there are two main problems in the creative crowdsourcing method. Firstly, the lack of interrelation between the existing product scheme and the conceptual product scheme makes the conceptual distribution of the scheme lack of effective reference. Secondly, the real-time state of creative crowdsourcing process is short of calculable indicators, which increases obstacles to automated creative crowdsourcing process. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a creative crowdsourcing method based on innovation vitality monitoring. This method is based on multiple rounds of crowdsourcing task iterations. Firstly, crowdsourcing participants are recruited to search for existing product schemes, and corresponding conceptual models are established. Then we recruit crowdsourcing participants for creative design and submit conceptual product solutions to integrate existing product schemes and conceptual product schemes to build conceptual models. In the iterative process, the method determines the end conditions of the existing product scheme search based on the real-time calculation of the innovation vitality index, and carries out real-time detection and early warning of the innovation activity in the conceptual product design crowdsourcing. In this paper, the two key supporting techniques of the proposed method, namely, the concept space mapping algorithm based on similarity evaluation and the innovative vitality algorithm based on the prototype modeling of the scheme concept, are studied in this paper. By constructing the prototype system to realize the crowdsourcing method, this paper takes the product creative design task of sitting posture correction as an example, and verifies the feasibility and validity of the proposed method and key technology. The experimental results show that this method can construct the conceptual relationship between the existing product scheme and the conceptual product scheme, and the innovative vitality index can reflect the scheme distribution state in the crowdsourcing process and be used to realize the automated creative crowdsourcing process.
