TRIZ、QFD集成信息分析方法在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)中的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of the Internet, governments, enterprises and other organizations or individuals provide services to users through a variety of Internet products. More and more people realize that product design is related to the user experience and even the survival of the product. But in the process of looking at the actual design of Internet products, whether it is large, mature Internet companies or governments, organizations, or small start-ups, individuals, there is a lack of sufficient theoretical basis for front-line personnel. Sometimes even intuitively judge the way the product is designed. Some product design process does not value the information analysis, does not carry on the analysis in time to the user feedback information and makes the necessary improvement, just blindly realizes the function, has produced the huge learning cost to the user, When serious can cause a large number of users to lose even have a negative impact on public opinion. This article mainly through the literature research method, the case law, the demonstration research method and so on, through the research traditional product information analysis and the improvement method, the model, unifies the author's actual experience in the Internet industry, arranges the integration TRIZ and the QFD, The method of information analysis adapted to the practical needs of domestic Internet product improvement is proved to be effective with a case study. This paper is divided into the following three parts: first of all, the domestic and foreign information analysis and theory, the model in the industry product improvement application research results are studied, found to be aimed at the Internet, Especially the domestic Internet products work related research is still insufficient; secondly, discusses the domestic Internet industry and product improvement, explains the research background; finally, through the case study, designed a kind of information analysis method, The case shows that the information analysis method is effective, feasible and practical for the improvement of Internet products. The main innovation of this paper is that the traditional information analysis method is applied to the improvement of Internet products, which makes the improvement of Internet products have feasible and practical information analysis theory support. It provides a practical method and case reference for the domestic Internet product improvement in the future, and gives consideration to both academic and practical aspects. The academic achievements of this paper mainly lie in combing the traditional theories and methods of information analysis and combining with the reality of Internet products, and giving the targeted theoretical support; the practicality of this theory is that it can be used in Internet enterprises. Organization or individual practice saves trial and error costs and enables information analysis to run through the improvement process of Internet products. In addition, the relevant front-line personnel can improve the method proposed in this paper according to the local conditions, and find out the information analysis train of thought suitable for the actual situation of the organization. The practical significance of this paper lies in the fact that the research combines the actual situation of the Internet companies contacted by the author and provides some support for the Internet product design team which lacks theoretical support. Help Internet companies create products that better meet the needs of their users.
