基于坐姿分析的座椅舒適度測試與評價

【摘要】:人們的很多生產(chǎn)生活活動是在坐姿下完成的,因此研究坐姿舒適度有很重要的意義。坐姿舒適度在座椅的設計中扮演著越來越重要的角色,而對座椅舒適度的研究也逐漸偏重對坐姿舒適度的評價。人性化座椅的設計必須滿足舒適度高的要求,以達到人體舒適坐姿的需求。針對坐姿舒適度評價,采用經(jīng)典的光學動作捕捉技術(shù)和問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法對坐姿舒適度進行科學評價。實驗選用美國Motion Analysis光學動作捕捉系統(tǒng),設置11個Eagle數(shù)字捕捉鏡頭,用EVaRT軟件獲取了40名志愿者人體關(guān)鍵點在空間中的點位數(shù)據(jù),采用PCA主成分分析提取特征點的方法提取關(guān)鍵點,用MATLAB軟件自主編程對關(guān)鍵點數(shù)據(jù)進行處理和計算,比較測試者坐在2種不同座椅上的關(guān)節(jié)角度和力矩數(shù)據(jù)差異。統(tǒng)計結(jié)果表明,志愿者采用不同的姿勢坐在不同的座椅上時,軀干、大腿、膝蓋部位的角度和力矩數(shù)據(jù)差異較為明顯。結(jié)合人機工程理論,利用這些數(shù)據(jù)差異對坐姿進行分析,為座椅設計提供理論依據(jù)。這種人機工程學理論分析評價和問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,為座椅的舒適度評價提供了有效的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A lot of people's production and life activities are completed in sitting posture, so it is very important to study the comfort of sitting posture. Sitting comfort plays a more and more important role in seat design, and the research on seat comfort has gradually focused on the evaluation of seat comfort. The design of humanized seat must meet the requirement of high comfort, in order to meet the need of human body comfortable sitting posture. Based on the evaluation of sitting comfort, the classical optical motion capture technique and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the sitting comfort scientifically. In the experiment, the Motion Analysis optical motion capture system was used in the experiment, and 11 Eagle digital capture lenses were set up. The data of the key points in the human body of 40 volunteers in space were obtained by EVaRT software. The key points were extracted by PCA principal component analysis (PCA), and the data of key points were processed and calculated by MATLAB software. The differences of joint angle and torque data between two different seats were compared. The statistical results show that when the volunteers sit on different seats in different positions, the data of torso, thigh and knee position are significantly different. Combined with ergonomics theory, these data differences are used to analyze the sitting posture, which provides theoretical basis for seat design. The method of ergonomics theory analysis and questionnaire survey provides an effective basis for seat comfort evaluation.
