【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的隧道爆破質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與控制大多依賴決策者的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)和主觀認(rèn)識(shí),僅憑人為觀測(cè)做定性分析,評(píng)價(jià)與控制成果一般表現(xiàn)為二維平面圖,不能直觀、可視化對(duì)隧道爆破質(zhì)量進(jìn)行表達(dá)。本文基于隧道數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、隧道數(shù)據(jù)前處理模塊和隧道三維可視化模型構(gòu)建模塊等提出了隧道爆破質(zhì)量三維可視化數(shù)字模型構(gòu)建的方法,以成渝高鐵某隧道為例,設(shè)計(jì)了隧道爆破質(zhì)量三維可視化數(shù)字模型基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)采集方案,建立了隧道爆破質(zhì)量三維可視化數(shù)字模型,提出了隧道爆破質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法。研究結(jié)果表明,建立的三維可視化模型可再現(xiàn)隧道爆破超欠挖的真實(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)特性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)隧道爆破質(zhì)量的綜合評(píng)價(jià),彌補(bǔ)目前隧道爆破質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與控制存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Most of the existing evaluation and control of tunnel blasting quality depend on the engineering experience and subjective understanding of the decision makers. The qualitative analysis is only based on artificial observation. The results of evaluation and control generally show two-dimensional plan, which can not be intuitionistic. Visualize the quality of tunnel blasting. Based on tunnel data acquisition module, tunnel data pre-processing module and tunnel 3D visualization model construction module, this paper puts forward a method of constructing 3D visual digital model of tunnel blasting quality, taking a tunnel of Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway as an example. The basic data acquisition scheme of 3D visualization digital model of tunnel blasting quality is designed, the 3D visual digital model of tunnel blasting quality is established, and the comprehensive evaluation method of tunnel blasting quality is put forward. The results show that the 3D visual model can reproduce the real structural characteristics of tunnel blasting overdigging and realize the comprehensive evaluation of tunnel blasting quality, and make up for the shortcomings of tunnel blasting quality evaluation and control.
