超市智能購物車服務(wù)終端《Smart Buy》的設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:《Smart Buy》主要針對目前線下超市服務(wù)體系進行優(yōu)化,將智能產(chǎn)品植入服務(wù)體系中,解決超市服務(wù)鏈條中的痛點問題,這也將傳統(tǒng)線下超市與線上電商連通,運用O2O模式引導(dǎo)消費,培養(yǎng)用戶習(xí)慣,最后達到線上線下雙贏的新型智能超市服務(wù)體系,創(chuàng)造更良好,更具情感化的用戶體驗。論文闡述了《Smart Buy》課題創(chuàng)作的全過程,體現(xiàn)了將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計學(xué)和服務(wù)學(xué)相結(jié)合的核心思想,提出了“超市智能購物車服務(wù)終端”這一新的概念,并且探討了當(dāng)前新信息技術(shù)在超市服務(wù)設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新。論文共分為四個部分:第一部分闡述了課題的研究意義和社會背景,并從目前線下超市的市場現(xiàn)狀及痛點問題,線下與線上購物模式的關(guān)系幾個角度進行深入分析;第二部分通過線上線下多維度調(diào)研,確定了目標(biāo)用戶及線下載體;第三部分主要闡述了交互設(shè)計、視覺設(shè)計的設(shè)計思路及風(fēng)格設(shè)定;第四部分總結(jié)了目前超市智能購物車服務(wù)終端在超市中的應(yīng)用及未來發(fā)展趨勢。論文通篇圍繞超市智能購物終端的設(shè)計過程及落地實現(xiàn)方式進行闡述,試圖通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手段為傳統(tǒng)線下超市“整容”。
[Abstract]:< Smart Buy > is mainly aimed at optimizing the current offline supermarket service system, implanting intelligent products into the service system to solve the pain point problem in the supermarket service chain, which also connects the traditional offline supermarket with the online e-commerce business, and uses the O _ 2O model to guide consumption. Finally, a new type of intelligent supermarket service system, which can create a better and more emotional user experience, can be achieved both online and offline. This paper expounds the whole process of the creation of "Smart Buy" project, embodies the core idea of combining product design with service science, and puts forward the new concept of "supermarket intelligent shopping cart service terminal". It also discusses the application and innovation of new information technology in supermarket service design. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part describes the significance of the research and social background, and from the current offline supermarket market situation and pain point problem, offline and online shopping model of several angles of in-depth analysis; The second part determines the target user and the download body through the multi-dimension investigation on the line and the line below the line, the third part mainly elaborated the interactive design, the vision design thought and the style setting; The fourth part summarizes the application and future trend of intelligent shopping cart service terminal in supermarket. This paper focuses on the design process and landing realization of the supermarket intelligent shopping terminal, and attempts to "plastic surgery" for the traditional online supermarket by means of the Internet.
