冷媒除霜系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于凍結(jié)庫時(shí)除霜性能研究

【摘要】:基于優(yōu)化冷風(fēng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)為目的的冷媒除霜系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于凍結(jié)庫中,通過采用6mm翅片間距的冷風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行凍結(jié)過程中除霜與不除霜的對比實(shí)驗(yàn)。并且研究除霜過程對庫溫波動(dòng)、凍結(jié)物溫度波動(dòng)、凍結(jié)時(shí)間等參數(shù)的影響,以及系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的特性。研究表明:應(yīng)用冷媒除霜系統(tǒng),每次除霜對庫內(nèi)造成的溫度波動(dòng)都在5℃以內(nèi)、除霜過程對凍結(jié)物溫度不產(chǎn)生波動(dòng)、除霜情況的凍結(jié)時(shí)間較不除霜縮短了一小時(shí),并且選擇除霜對系統(tǒng)更節(jié)能。因此,在冷媒除霜系統(tǒng)中采用適時(shí)除霜的方式不僅可以避免翅片間隙被冰霜封堵,還可以縮小冷風(fēng)機(jī)翅片間距。在相同換熱面積下,縮小冷風(fēng)機(jī)翅片間距還可以達(dá)到減小冷風(fēng)機(jī)體積和占地面積的效果。

The contrast experiment between defrosting and non-defrosting is carried out by using the 6mm finned spaced chiller. The effects of defrosting process on temperature fluctuation, freezing time, and the operation characteristics of the system are also studied.
