基于JIT的混流裝配線物料配送方法研究

【摘要】:針對企業(yè)內(nèi)普遍存在的生產(chǎn)線物料過早配送或不及時(shí)造成的庫存積壓、缺貨問題,為了減少各物流環(huán)節(jié)庫存,降低總配送成本,研究了基于看板的生產(chǎn)線物料循環(huán)配送方式,并加以時(shí)間窗約束,使得配送作業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)在必要的時(shí)間向必要的地點(diǎn)送達(dá)必要量的物料。同時(shí)為了保障該循環(huán)配送方式有效實(shí)施,研究了生產(chǎn)線物料均衡化消耗問題。主要有以下部分內(nèi)容。 第一章闡述了物料配送問題的研究背景和研究意義,指出在當(dāng)前背景下該研究的重要性,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于入廠物流和廠內(nèi)物流生產(chǎn)線配送的研究現(xiàn)狀,得出該問題當(dāng)前的研究狀況與不足,介紹了本文的研究思路、研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章按照本文的研究思路總結(jié)了相關(guān)理論知識,首先介紹了準(zhǔn)時(shí)化物流的相關(guān)概念,再將該思想融入到廠內(nèi)物料供給問題中,進(jìn)而介紹了看板及其使用規(guī)則,最終依據(jù)均衡化生產(chǎn)提出均衡化消耗的概念。 第三章首先對國內(nèi)外研究循環(huán)配送方式的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,,確定本文研究的生產(chǎn)線物料循環(huán)配送流程;其次進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析并建立基于看板的生產(chǎn)線物料循環(huán)配送數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過求解得出使配送成本最小的物料配送循環(huán)時(shí)間,進(jìn)而分析線邊庫存量和該配送方式下看板數(shù)量的計(jì)算方法;最后為了避免配送作業(yè)過早或延遲進(jìn)行,提出利用時(shí)間窗約束作業(yè)的起始和結(jié)束時(shí)刻,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并分析確定相應(yīng)循環(huán)配送模式下員工數(shù)量。 第四章首先對均衡化生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行概述,相應(yīng)均衡化生產(chǎn)概念提出生產(chǎn)線物料均衡化消耗概念,并列出保證均衡化消耗的前提,分析了零件器具容量對均衡化消耗的影響,建立物料均衡化消耗數(shù)學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用遺傳算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,得出保障物料均衡化消耗的最優(yōu)器具容量值。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the inventory of each logistics link and reduce the total distribution cost, the method of material circulation distribution in production line based on Kanban is studied in view of the overstock and shortage of material in production line caused by premature distribution of production line material or not in time, in order to reduce the inventory of each logistics link and the total distribution cost. The time window is used to realize the delivery of the necessary amount of material to the necessary place at the necessary time. At the same time, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the circular distribution mode, the production line material equalization consumption problem is studied. There are the following parts. The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the material distribution problem, points out the importance of the research under the current background, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of in-plant logistics and in-plant logistics production line distribution. The current research situation and deficiency of this problem are obtained, and the research ideas, contents and innovations of this paper are introduced. The second chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge according to the research ideas of this paper. Firstly, it introduces the concept of punctual logistics, and then integrates this idea into the material supply problem, and then introduces the Kanban and its usage rules. Finally, the concept of equalization consumption is put forward according to equalization production. The third chapter firstly summarizes the literature of domestic and foreign research on circulation distribution mode, determines the material circulation distribution flow of production line studied in this paper; secondly, carries on the parameter analysis and establishes the mathematical model of production line material circulation distribution based on Kanban. Through solving, the material distribution cycle time with minimum distribution cost is obtained, and then the calculation method of line side inventory and the number of Kanban under the distribution mode is analyzed. Finally, in order to avoid the premature or delayed delivery operation, This paper presents a mathematical model based on the time window to constrain the start and end time of the operation, and analyzes and determines the number of employees in the corresponding circulation distribution mode. The fourth chapter summarizes the equalization production, puts forward the production line material equalization consumption concept, lists the premise of ensuring the equalization consumption, and analyzes the influence of the parts capacity on the equalization consumption. The mathematical model of material equalization consumption is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.
