【摘要】:信息及通訊等數(shù)字化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,不僅影響著設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容,也影響著設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。設(shè)計(jì)不再是技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)或市場(chǎng)調(diào)研之后,生產(chǎn)制作之前的一個(gè)獨(dú)立環(huán)節(jié),而是與這些過(guò)程融合在一起。尤其隨著3D打印、激光切割等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以設(shè)計(jì)為導(dǎo)向的個(gè)人制造技術(shù)已經(jīng)得到廣泛關(guān)注,如何更好的對(duì)個(gè)人制造工具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)成為亟待研究的課題。在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,越來(lái)越多的研究工作致力于以數(shù)字化技術(shù)改造制造工具,使其工作效率更高、解決問(wèn)題更準(zhǔn)確、操作程度更簡(jiǎn)單,從而支持個(gè)性化的創(chuàng)造過(guò)程得以快速實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文立足于數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)發(fā)展的前提,主要探討個(gè)人制造工具的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)以制造工具為媒介支持創(chuàng)造性的人機(jī)協(xié)同工作的目的。本文在理論研究與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)與制造相關(guān)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了廣泛而深入的整理與總結(jié),進(jìn)而以設(shè)計(jì)為導(dǎo)向,提出了一個(gè)適用于大多數(shù)個(gè)人制造工具開(kāi)發(fā)和改進(jìn)的"設(shè)計(jì)+制造+X"的整合創(chuàng)新模型(簡(jiǎn)稱"D+F+X"模型)。在該模型中,宏觀的、模糊的、捉摸不定的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題被轉(zhuǎn)化成"D"、"F"和"X"三要素之間的具體問(wèn)題。其中,D代表設(shè)計(jì)(Design),提供面向具體問(wèn)題的解決思路;F代表制造(Fabrication),提供生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程中的工程技術(shù);X代表跨學(xué)科知識(shí),提供生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程中的物質(zhì)資料與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)三者之間的整合與細(xì)化得出具體的實(shí)施方案,從而快速有效的創(chuàng)造出數(shù)字化工具。同時(shí),該模型也給出了工具的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促進(jìn)用戶在使用工具的過(guò)程中進(jìn)行有效的反思,并不斷改進(jìn)工具和拓展其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,從而推動(dòng)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的發(fā)展。在"D+F+X"創(chuàng)新模型的基礎(chǔ)上,本文成功的開(kāi)展了模塊化3D液體打印平臺(tái)(xPrint)、網(wǎng)格化原型編織技術(shù)(xMesh)、游戲化交互工具(xPlay)等三項(xiàng)研究,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該模型的可行性,為開(kāi)發(fā)更廣泛的個(gè)人制造工具提供了參考價(jià)值。綜上所述,本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)如下:(1)本文立足于設(shè)計(jì)與制造的交叉領(lǐng)域,基于大量的文獻(xiàn)綜述,提出了一個(gè)生態(tài)的、有步驟的"設(shè)計(jì)+制造+X"創(chuàng)新模型,并提供了具體的、有效的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施框架及評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)在模型框架下,筆者針對(duì)三個(gè)不同領(lǐng)域分別開(kāi)展了實(shí)踐研究,并詳細(xì)描述了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程及用戶測(cè)試結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)了模型在實(shí)施過(guò)程中發(fā)揮的創(chuàng)造性作用。(3)本文在三項(xiàng)案例實(shí)踐中取得的數(shù)字化技術(shù)成果富有啟發(fā)性,為人機(jī)交互及工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)字化制造等相關(guān)課題的研究提供了參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The development of digital technology, such as information and communication, not only affects the content of the design, but also affects every link of the design process. Design is no longer an independent part of production after technology development or market research, but is integrated with these processes. Especially with the development of 3D printing, laser cutting and other technologies, the design-oriented personal manufacturing technology has been widely concerned. How to better design and evaluate personal manufacturing tools has become an urgent research topic. In the field of industrial design, more and more research work is devoted to transforming manufacturing tools with digital technology to make them more efficient, more accurate in solving problems and simpler in operation, thus supporting the rapid realization of individualized creation process. Based on the premise of the development of digital design and manufacturing technology, this paper mainly discusses the innovative design methods of personal manufacturing tools, so as to realize the purpose of supporting creative man-machine cooperative work with manufacturing tools as media. On the basis of the combination of theoretical research and practice, this paper firstly summarizes the related fields of design and manufacture extensively and deeply, and then takes the design as the direction. An integrated innovation model ("D F X" model), which is suitable for the development and improvement of most personal manufacturing tools, is presented in this paper. In this model, macro, fuzzy and uncertain design problems are transformed into specific problems between "D", "F" and "X" elements. Among them, D represents design, provides concrete problem-oriented solutions and F represents manufacturing Fabrication.Engineering technology X in manufacturing process represents interdisciplinary knowledge, and material data and experience in manufacturing process are provided. Through the integration and refinement of the three to obtain the specific implementation plan, so as to quickly and effectively create a digital tool. At the same time, the model also gives the evaluation criteria of the tools, which can promote the users to reflect on the tools effectively, and constantly improve the tools and expand their application fields, so as to promote the development of the whole design process. On the basis of the innovative model of "D F X", this paper has successfully carried out three research projects, such as modularized 3D liquid print platform, mesh prototype knitting technology and game interactive tool, which further verify the feasibility of the model. It provides reference value for the development of a wider range of personal manufacturing tools. To sum up, the main contribution of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the cross-domain of design and manufacture, based on a large number of literature reviews, this paper proposes an ecological, step-by-step "design and manufacturing X" innovation model, and provides a concrete one. Under the framework of the model, the author carried out practical research in three different fields, and described the whole design process and user test results in detail. Further test the creative role of the model in the process of implementation. 3) the results of digital technology achieved in three cases in this paper are instructive. It provides reference value for the research of digital design and digital manufacturing in the field of human-computer interaction and industrial design.
