摘要：

工程設(shè)計(jì)階段是市政工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施全面規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵階段，關(guān)系到設(shè)計(jì)方案的技術(shù)先進(jìn)性與經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性，，對(duì)工程造價(jià)控制有著重要影響。然而就目前情況來看，我國(guó)市政工程設(shè)計(jì)階段普遍存在工程造價(jià)控制意識(shí)薄弱、前期準(zhǔn)備工作不到位、設(shè)計(jì)方案缺乏經(jīng)濟(jì)性、設(shè)計(jì)收費(fèi)辦法不合理等問題，嚴(yán)重影響了工程造價(jià)控制效果。本文對(duì)市政工程設(shè)計(jì)階段工程造價(jià)控制存在的問題以及應(yīng)對(duì)措施進(jìn)行探討。

Abstract： 

Engineering design stage is a key stage for municipal engineering project implementing a comprehensive plan, relates to technology advanced and economic rationality of the design, has an important impact on the project cost. However, for the current situation, China's municipal engineering design phase has problems that project cost control awareness is weak, the preparatory work is not in place, design lacks of economy, design cost is unreasonable and so on, which seriously impact on the project cost control. This paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of project cost control in municipal engineering design phase.
