【摘要】:隨著制造環(huán)境的全球化,中國制造的制冷設(shè)備已占全球產(chǎn)能的一半以上,這對(duì)設(shè)備維護(hù)提出了嚴(yán)重考驗(yàn)。目前制冷設(shè)備的維護(hù)模式主要采用現(xiàn)場維護(hù)和遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)兩種:現(xiàn)場維護(hù)模式在寬地域情況下會(huì)導(dǎo)致極大的人力物力浪費(fèi),維護(hù)資源與維護(hù)效率受到嚴(yán)重制約;遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)模式對(duì)應(yīng)用環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力不足,難以支持設(shè)備維護(hù)的全過程,缺乏對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營與管理層面的融合。而分級(jí)維護(hù)模式綜合考慮用戶、經(jīng)銷商、生產(chǎn)商,對(duì)維護(hù)進(jìn)行遞增分級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)維護(hù)資源的合理分工,在提高維護(hù)效率的同時(shí)有效降低了維護(hù)成本。本文針對(duì)中山美科冷凍設(shè)備有限公司制冷類設(shè)備售后服務(wù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,無線射頻識(shí)別)技術(shù)的分級(jí)維護(hù)系統(tǒng)。主要工作包括: 利用故障樹與故障模式及影響分析法FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)對(duì)單溫冷柜進(jìn)行分析,并采用功能法與硬件法相結(jié)合的方式將單溫冷柜分制冷、化霜、照明、人機(jī)界面、除霧五個(gè)功能建立故障樹模型與FMEA表格。 分析了在線診斷點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)、離線診斷站系統(tǒng)、智能維護(hù)中心系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能:在線診斷點(diǎn)采用多傳感器技術(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)警性故障診斷;離線診斷站依托FMEA表,實(shí)現(xiàn)停機(jī)性故障診斷;智能維護(hù)中心實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的智能生產(chǎn)管理與產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化升級(jí)。 完成了系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件原型實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試。軟件系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常,RFID模塊讀寫距離與方向性均能滿足實(shí)際需求。系統(tǒng)已通過了中山美科冷凍設(shè)備有限公司現(xiàn)場測(cè)試并已試用,,測(cè)試表明該系統(tǒng)可以極大提高維護(hù)效率,降低維護(hù)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品維護(hù)全閉環(huán)控制。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of manufacturing environment, the refrigeration equipment made in China accounts for more than half of the global capacity, which poses a serious test for equipment maintenance. At present, the maintenance mode of refrigeration equipment mainly adopts field maintenance and remote maintenance. The field maintenance mode will lead to a great waste of manpower and material resources in a wide geographical area, and the maintenance resources and maintenance efficiency will be severely restricted; The remote maintenance mode has insufficient adaptability to the application environment, it is difficult to support the whole process of equipment maintenance, and lacks the integration of enterprise management and management. The hierarchical maintenance model considers the users, dealers and manufacturers, and classifies the maintenance gradually, realizes the reasonable division of maintenance resources, and effectively reduces the maintenance cost while improving the maintenance efficiency. In order to meet the requirement of after-sales service of refrigeration equipment in Zhongshan Meike Refrigeration equipment Co., Ltd, this paper designs a hierarchical maintenance system based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. The main tasks include: The single temperature freezer is analyzed by fault tree, fault mode and influence analysis method (FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The single temperature freezer is divided into refrigeration, defrosting, lighting and man-machine interface by the combination of function method and hardware method. Five functions of defog are used to build fault tree model and FMEA table. The structure and function of on-line diagnosis point system, off-line diagnosis station system and intelligent maintenance center system are analyzed. The on-line diagnosis point uses multi-sensor technology to monitor the state of the equipment to realize early warning fault diagnosis, and the off-line diagnosis station relies on FMEA table. The intelligent maintenance center realizes intelligent production management and product optimization and upgrading. The software and hardware prototype of the system is implemented and tested. The reading and writing distance and directivity of RFID module can meet the actual demand. The system has passed the field test of Zhongshan Micco Refrigeration equipment Co., Ltd. and has been tested. The test shows that the system can greatly improve the maintenance efficiency, reduce the maintenance cost and realize the complete closed-loop control of product maintenance.
