離散型制造車(chē)間操作人員優(yōu)化配置方法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)離散型制造企業(yè)的人員配置問(wèn)題,本文根據(jù)其不同生產(chǎn)方式從兩個(gè)層面展開(kāi)研究:一種是對(duì)于流水線型(Flow-shop)制造車(chē)間需要長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃的生產(chǎn)線上操作人員的優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,解決的是操作人員在哪里工作的問(wèn)題;另一種是對(duì)于車(chē)間任務(wù)型(Job-shop)柔性制造車(chē)間短期內(nèi)根據(jù)客戶個(gè)性化需求對(duì)操作人員的調(diào)度問(wèn)題,研究的是操作人員什么時(shí)間分配什么任務(wù)的問(wèn)題。 文章首先以給定時(shí)間內(nèi)操作人員的平均操作時(shí)間和完成質(zhì)量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),利用熵值法確定時(shí)間和質(zhì)量?jī)稍u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,構(gòu)建操作人員勝任力評(píng)價(jià)模型,計(jì)算操作人員相對(duì)各操作任務(wù)的勝任力指數(shù)。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)Flow-shop制造車(chē)間建立人員工位匹配度評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)操作人員與工位之間的匹配度,以最大化生產(chǎn)線的人員工位匹配度總和以及最小化工位間匹配度差異性為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建流水線型生產(chǎn)方式下基于工位的操作人員優(yōu)化配置模型,設(shè)計(jì)了一種啟發(fā)式算法并結(jié)合實(shí)例對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了求解和驗(yàn)證;針對(duì)Job-shop柔性制造車(chē)間,以任務(wù)總完成時(shí)間最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)建立資源受限下人員調(diào)度數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)啟發(fā)式算法得到模型的初始解,并運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的遺傳算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,得到最優(yōu)的人員調(diào)度方案,并結(jié)合具體實(shí)例驗(yàn)證該求解模型的準(zhǔn)確性與可行性。最后,,根據(jù)某重型汽車(chē)有限公司的主減速器總成和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋總成裝配線的具體需求,采用本文所提出的理論方法,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的概念模型、功能模型和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型,并開(kāi)發(fā)了基于MES的線上人員調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the staffing problem of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper studies on two aspects according to their different modes of production: one is the optimal allocation of operators on the production line which needs long-term planning for the production shop of pipeline type Flow-shop. The problem of where the operator works is solved; the other is the scheduling problem of the operator in the Job-shop flexible manufacturing workshop according to the individual needs of the customer in a short period of time. It is the question of when the operator assigns what tasks. In this paper, the average operating time and the quality of the operator within a given time are taken as the evaluation indexes, and the weight of the two evaluation indexes of time and quality is determined by the entropy method, and the competency evaluation model of the operator is constructed. Calculate the competency index of the operator relative to each task. On the basis of this, the evaluation model of human and employee bit matching degree is established for Flow-shop manufacturing workshop, and according to the matching degree between operator and work station, In order to maximize the sum of the human and employee position matching degree of the production line and minimize the difference of the position matching degree, the optimal configuration model of the operator based on the pipeline production mode is constructed. A heuristic algorithm is designed, and the model is solved and verified with an example. Aiming at the Job-shop flexible manufacturing shop, the mathematical model of personnel scheduling under resource constraints is established with the minimum total task completion time as the optimization goal. The initial solution of the model is obtained by heuristic algorithm, and the model is solved by the improved genetic algorithm, and the optimal personnel scheduling scheme is obtained. The accuracy and feasibility of the model are verified by an example. Finally, according to the specific requirements of the main reducer assembly line and the drive axle assembly line of a heavy-duty automobile limited company, the conceptual model, function model and database model of the system are constructed by using the theoretical method proposed in this paper. And the online personnel scheduling system based on MES is developed.
