【摘要】：在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中,KANO模型是用來對用戶的需求進(jìn)行分類,從而協(xié)助設(shè)計師找到提高用戶滿意度的設(shè)計切入點(diǎn),使企業(yè)能夠做出正確的產(chǎn)品定位。調(diào)研用戶對產(chǎn)品的功能需求,針對每個需求設(shè)計調(diào)研分析評價表,定義用戶滿意度與用戶需求水平之間的關(guān)系表達(dá)式和可變參數(shù),通過計算得到每個需求的類型,從而完成需求分類。以智能花盆產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為例,通過KANO模型從產(chǎn)品功能需求分析的角度出發(fā),發(fā)掘人們對于桌面盆栽植物養(yǎng)護(hù)需求,設(shè)計智能化的花盆產(chǎn)品,并設(shè)計與產(chǎn)品需求相關(guān)的移動終端程序界面。為產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新提供設(shè)計思路,并為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:In product design, Kano model is used to classify the needs of users, so as to help designers find the design breakthrough point to improve the satisfaction of users, so that enterprises can make the correct product positioning. The functional requirements of the product are investigated, and a survey and evaluation table is designed for each requirement. The expression and variable parameters of the relationship between user satisfaction and the level of user demand are defined, and the type of each requirement is obtained by calculating. In order to complete the classification of requirements. Taking the design of intelligent flowerpot as an example, through KANO model, from the point of view of product function requirement analysis, this paper explores people's demand for maintenance of potted plants on the desktop, and designs intelligent flowerpot products. And design a mobile terminal program interface related to product requirements. To provide design ideas for product innovation, and to provide reference for the design of related products.
