中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和自動化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,以及這些新技術(shù)在中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的廣泛滲透和應(yīng)用,我國中央空調(diào)的自動監(jiān)控水平必然要進行升級換代,為中央空調(diào)實現(xiàn)自動控制和監(jiān)測開辟了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。 廣州汽車集團乘用車有限公司中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)是公司主要的工藝及環(huán)境供冷設(shè)施,也是公司的能耗大戶。作者結(jié)合自身所在企業(yè),按以下幾個步驟來探討如何構(gòu)建中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 先介紹國內(nèi)外中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢; 接著詳細分析了各個組成部件的功能、特點及系統(tǒng)配置要求; 再闡述中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)包含的主要子系統(tǒng),,并對各個子系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控原理、監(jiān)控內(nèi)容、監(jiān)控方法作更進一步的說明; 最后對中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)硬件進行配置設(shè)計,重點研究了系統(tǒng)的各項控制功能、報警及事件管理系統(tǒng)、報表自動生成系統(tǒng)、圖像監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)和遠程調(diào)度系統(tǒng)等幾個部分的設(shè)計編輯。 中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過一年多的運行,穩(wěn)定可靠,操作方便,很好的滿足了公司中央空調(diào)的運行需求。該系統(tǒng)提高了中央空調(diào)的現(xiàn)代化管理水平,代替運行人員直接參與設(shè)備的各項操作和調(diào)節(jié),減少人為誤操作,減輕勞動強度,減少運行人員數(shù)量,降低公司運營成本,節(jié)能降耗。為今后中央空調(diào)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的改造和新建中央空調(diào)的自動化建設(shè)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and automation technology, as well as the extensive penetration and application of these new technologies in the field of central air conditioning system, the automatic monitoring level of central air conditioning in our country must be upgraded and replaced. For central air conditioning to achieve automatic control and monitoring opened up a broad space for development. The central air conditioning system of Guangzhou Automobile Group passenger car Co., Ltd. is the main process and environmental cooling facility of the company, as well as the energy consumption of the company. According to the following steps, the author discusses how to construct the central air-conditioning automatic monitoring system. This paper first introduces the current situation and development trend of central air conditioning automatic monitoring system at home and abroad. Then, the functions, characteristics and system configuration requirements of each component are analyzed in detail. The main subsystems included in the automatic monitoring system of central air conditioning are described, and the monitoring principle, monitoring contents and monitoring methods of each subsystem are further explained. Finally, the hardware configuration of the automatic monitoring system for central air conditioning is designed, and the control functions, alarm and event management system, automatic report generation system are studied. Image monitoring system and remote scheduling system and other parts of the design of editing. After more than one year of operation, the automatic monitoring system of central air conditioning system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, and meets the operation requirements of the central air conditioning system of the company very well. The system has improved the modern management level of central air conditioning, replaced the operator directly to participate in the operation and adjustment of the equipment, reduced the manual misoperation, reduced the labor intensity, reduced the number of operators, and reduced the operating cost of the company. Save energy and reduce consumption. It provides a reference for the reconstruction of central air conditioning automatic monitoring system and the automation construction of new central air conditioning system in the future.
