環(huán)境濕度對(duì)瓦楞紙箱品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)環(huán)境相對(duì)濕度對(duì)瓦楞紙箱質(zhì)量的影響。方法在23℃和相對(duì)濕度為50%,70%,98%的環(huán)境中,比較3層、5層和7層瓦楞紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度、耐破強(qiáng)度以及吸濕率等性能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果瓦楞紙箱的吸濕率和含水率隨環(huán)境濕度的升高而增大;當(dāng)環(huán)境相對(duì)濕度在50%~70%時(shí),瓦楞紙箱的耐破強(qiáng)度、邊壓強(qiáng)度及抗壓強(qiáng)度等性能保持穩(wěn)定;當(dāng)環(huán)境相對(duì)濕度達(dá)到98%時(shí),3層、5層和7層瓦楞紙箱的耐破強(qiáng)度比相對(duì)濕度50%條件下分別降低了53.8%,74.1%和76.3%,邊壓強(qiáng)度分別降低了71.4%,70.3%和77.5%,抗壓強(qiáng)度和堆碼層數(shù)顯著下降;7層瓦楞紙箱的防潮耐壓能力優(yōu)于3層和5層。結(jié)論高濕度會(huì)引起瓦楞紙箱的性能指標(biāo)顯著降低,功能受損。
