【摘要】：載帶(Carrier Tape)是指一種應(yīng)用于電子包裝領(lǐng)域的帶狀產(chǎn)品,它具有特定的厚度,在其長度方向上等距分布著用于承放電子元器件的型腔(亦稱口袋)和用于進(jìn)行索引定位的定位孔。本文介紹了載帶的應(yīng)用和分類,闡述了紙質(zhì)載帶的優(yōu)勢,重點(diǎn)講述了紙質(zhì)載帶的生產(chǎn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及載帶原紙的結(jié)構(gòu)和制備工藝。
[Abstract]:Carrier Tapeis a kind of strip product which is used in the field of electronic packaging. It has a specific thickness, and the cavity (also called pocket) used to hold electronic components and the positioning holes used for indexing and positioning are distributed equidistant in the direction of its length. This paper introduces the application and classification of the carrier tape, expounds the advantages of the paper belt, and focuses on the production and development of the paper carrier tape, as well as the structure and the preparation process of the carrier strip base paper.
