基于VB的車間生產(chǎn)物流規(guī)劃

【摘要】:模具制造是制造業(yè)的根基,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)“第三利潤(rùn)源泉”的物流已成為市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新焦點(diǎn)。對(duì)于生產(chǎn)設(shè)備投資成本大的模具制造業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),與生產(chǎn)物流優(yōu)化直接密切相關(guān)的內(nèi)容主要體現(xiàn)在車間設(shè)施布置、生產(chǎn)流程設(shè)計(jì)、工藝過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì)等環(huán)節(jié)上,由于設(shè)施布局是生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)張影響生產(chǎn)物流合理性最為重要的因素之一,所以需要對(duì)全系統(tǒng)的物流強(qiáng)度計(jì)算和物流系統(tǒng)定量分析,建立一個(gè)高效的、合理的、科學(xué)的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布局。本文應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法SLP對(duì)模具企業(yè)進(jìn)行布局優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),,同時(shí)應(yīng)用Visual Basic6.0和Access2000數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)了企業(yè)設(shè)施布局中信息流的存儲(chǔ)與計(jì)算系統(tǒng),提高了設(shè)施布局設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性、快速性及柔性,從而改善生產(chǎn)物流的運(yùn)作效率、降低成本、提高企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文闡述了生產(chǎn)物流的相關(guān)知識(shí),論述了設(shè)備布局在生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)中的作用以及SLP方法在設(shè)備布局中的應(yīng)用,然后對(duì)論文研究對(duì)象新疆某模具企業(yè)生產(chǎn)車間現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并應(yīng)用VB和Access開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)設(shè)施布局中生產(chǎn)信息流的存儲(chǔ)與計(jì)算以及布局方案的設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,并結(jié)合實(shí)例說(shuō)明系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)效果。最后把系統(tǒng)選擇決策模塊中的F-D圖反應(yīng)出的車間物流狀況的優(yōu)劣作為平面布置調(diào)整的依據(jù),并由系統(tǒng)生成布局方案圖,為管理者提供決策依據(jù),以更好地支持生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Mould manufacturing is the foundation of manufacturing industry. With the development of economy, logistics of the third profit source has become the new focus of market competition. For the die manufacturing industry with high investment cost of production equipment, the contents closely related to the optimization of production logistics are mainly reflected in the layout of workshop facilities, the design of production process, the design of process process, and so on. As the layout of facilities is one of the most important factors influencing the rationality of production logistics system, it is necessary to calculate the logistics intensity of the whole system and quantitatively analyze the logistics system to establish an efficient and reasonable one. Scientific layout of production system facilities. In this paper, the system layout design method (SLP) is used to optimize the layout of die and mould enterprises. At the same time, Visual Basic6.0 and Access2000 database are used to develop the storage and calculation system of information flow in the enterprise facility layout, which improves the reliability of the facility layout design. Speed and flexibility, so as to improve the operational efficiency of production logistics, reduce costs, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. This paper expounds the related knowledge of production logistics, discusses the function of equipment layout in production logistics system and the application of SLP method in equipment layout, and then analyzes the present situation of production workshop of a mould enterprise in Xinjiang. The storage and calculation of production information flow and the design of layout scheme are developed by using VB and Access. The overall design and implementation process of the system are introduced in detail, and the effect of the system is illustrated by an example. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the workshop logistics reflected in the F-D diagram of the system decision module are taken as the basis for the adjustment of the plane layout, and the layout scheme diagram is generated by the system to provide the decision basis for the manager to support the production better.
