圍巖孔裂隙充水承壓爆破過(guò)程分析

【摘要】:為揭示圍巖孔裂隙充水承壓安全高效爆破作用機(jī)理,采用理論和試驗(yàn)分析方法對(duì)承壓爆破過(guò)程及效果進(jìn)行分析.建立了承壓爆破圍巖裂隙擴(kuò)展模型,揭示了孔內(nèi)承壓水"楔入"裂隙空間后的圍巖裂隙擴(kuò)展規(guī)律.研究表明:圍巖孔內(nèi)承壓水的存在對(duì)波的傳播與破巖具有積極作用,鉆孔狹小空間內(nèi)爆轟產(chǎn)物與介質(zhì)膨脹過(guò)程是等熵的;圍巖孔裂隙充水承壓爆破是孔內(nèi)沖擊波、應(yīng)力波先導(dǎo)破巖及承壓水后續(xù)膨脹增裂共同作用的結(jié)果;試驗(yàn)證實(shí)了圍巖孔裂隙充水承壓爆破的高效性,由于介質(zhì)的濕潤(rùn)、降溫以及稀釋作用,承壓爆破過(guò)程中的有害物質(zhì)得到較好控制,既達(dá)到了高效能炸藥爆轟作用下的安全靜態(tài)破巖目的,又實(shí)現(xiàn)了爆炸超動(dòng)載與承壓水靜載作用的統(tǒng)一.
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the mechanism of safe and efficient blasting with water filling and bearing pressure in surrounding rock holes, the process and effect of confined blasting are analyzed by theoretical and experimental analysis methods. The crack propagation model of confined blasting surrounding rock is established, and the crack propagation law of surrounding rock is revealed after the confined water in the hole is wedged into the crack space. The study shows that the existence of confined water in the surrounding rock hole has a positive effect on the wave propagation and rock breaking, the detonation product and the medium expansion process are isentropic in the narrow space of the borehole, and the water-filled confined blasting in the surrounding rock hole is the shock wave inside the hole. The results of stress wave leading rock breaking and subsequent expansion and cracking enhancement of confined water have proved the high efficiency of water-filled blasting in surrounding rock holes, due to the effect of wetting, cooling and dilution of the medium. The harmful substances in the process of pressurized blasting are well controlled, which not only achieves the purpose of safe static rock breaking under the action of detonation of high efficiency explosives, but also realizes the unification of explosive overloading and static loading of pressurized water.
