【摘要】:結(jié)合沸騰傳熱問題,通過凝練并設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),研究有機(jī)工質(zhì)R245fa在高效蒸發(fā)換熱管Turbo-EHP管外流動(dòng)沸騰傳熱的性能,分析有"孔穴"結(jié)構(gòu)的表面強(qiáng)化管的強(qiáng)化機(jī)理。實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過改變熱源流量、溫度以及工質(zhì)流量等參數(shù),研究其與局部以及平均沸騰換熱系數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,Turbo-EHP型管前、中、末3段的強(qiáng)化效果不同,在前段氣泡熱阻對(duì)換熱性能有一定的影響,中段換熱效果達(dá)到最優(yōu),末段由核態(tài)沸騰轉(zhuǎn)為氣與壁面的對(duì)流換熱,換熱效果減弱;且隨著工質(zhì)流量的增大,沸騰性能顯著增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the boiling heat transfer problem, the boiling heat transfer performance of organic working fluid R245fa outside the Turbo-EHP tube was studied by condensing and designing an experimental system, and the strengthening mechanism of the surface strengthened tube with "hole" structure was analyzed. In the experiment, the relationship between the heat source flux, temperature and working fluid flow rate and the local and average boiling heat transfer coefficient was studied. The experimental results show that in the front of Turbo-EHP tube, the enhancement effect is different in the middle and the last three sections. In the front section, the bubble thermal resistance has a certain influence on the heat transfer performance, the heat transfer effect in the middle section reaches the optimum, and the final stage changes from nucleate boiling to convection heat transfer between gas and wall. The heat transfer efficiency is weakened, and the boiling performance is enhanced with the increase of the working fluid flow rate.
