基于壓電陶瓷致動器的機(jī)械振動控制器設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:近些年,隨著高新技術(shù)的發(fā)展,壓電陶瓷的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。利用壓電陶瓷將外力轉(zhuǎn)換成電能的特性,可以制造出壓電點火器、移動X光電源、炮彈引爆裝置等。利用壓電陶瓷將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成外力的特性,可作為驅(qū)動元件應(yīng)用于聲納系統(tǒng)、氣象探測、遙測環(huán)境保護(hù)、家用電器等方面。 本文的研究目的是將壓電陶瓷作為驅(qū)動元件應(yīng)用于機(jī)械振動控制器當(dāng)中,設(shè)計一種高頻率可調(diào)的半主動機(jī)械振動控制器并對機(jī)械本體進(jìn)行吸振效果分析和設(shè)計一種壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源。本文針對該機(jī)械振動控制器系統(tǒng)展開了如下研究: (1)在充分查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)頻率可調(diào)的半主動吸振器機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求,提出了基于壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動元件的高頻吸振器總體設(shè)計方案,對機(jī)構(gòu)各部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計、分析。該吸振器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、頻帶寬和針對高頻減振的特點,并通過有限元法對該吸振器做諧響應(yīng)分析,計算出該吸振器的減振效果。 (2)結(jié)合機(jī)械本體和壓電陶瓷致動器的特點,設(shè)計一種基于開關(guān)式原理的壓電陶瓷致動器動態(tài)驅(qū)動電源,本方案采用7組三端可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓器LM317串聯(lián)疊加輸出穩(wěn)定電壓,輸出電壓值的大小是通過接入電路中光耦占空比大小來實現(xiàn)的,進(jìn)而給壓電致動器供電。經(jīng)過對實際電路測試實驗結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用以上方法制作的壓電陶瓷致動器動態(tài)驅(qū)動電源能夠輸出0V—200V直流電壓,且該電源具有良好的穩(wěn)定性。 本文在基于壓電陶瓷致動器的機(jī)械振動控制器的設(shè)計方法、壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計以及實驗結(jié)果對壓電陶瓷材料力學(xué)性能測試方法的研制有指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用,為下一步的研究開發(fā)打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of high-tech, piezoelectric ceramics are more and more widely used. By using piezoelectric ceramics to convert external force into electric energy, piezoelectric igniter, moving X-ray power supply, projectile detonating device and so on can be manufactured. Using piezoelectric ceramics to convert electric energy into external force can be used as a driving element in sonar system, meteorological detection, telemetry environment protection, household appliances and so on. The purpose of this paper is to use piezoelectric ceramic as driving element in mechanical vibration controller. A high frequency adjustable semi-active mechanical vibration controller is designed. The vibration absorption effect of the mechanical body is analyzed and a piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply is designed. In this paper, the mechanical vibration controller system is studied as follows: 1) according to the design requirements of semi-active vibration absorber with adjustable frequency, the overall design scheme of high-frequency vibration absorber based on piezoelectric ceramic driving element is put forward, and each part of the mechanism is designed. Analysis The vibration absorber has the characteristics of simple structure, frequency bandwidth and high frequency vibration absorption. Through the harmonic response analysis of the vibration absorber by finite element method, the vibration absorption effect of the absorber is calculated. Combined with the characteristics of mechanical body and piezoelectric actuator, a kind of dynamic driving power supply for piezoelectric actuator based on switch principle is designed. In this scheme, seven groups of three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator (LM317) are used in series superposition to output stable voltage. The output voltage is realized by the optocoupler duty ratio in the access circuit, which supplies the piezoelectric actuator. The experimental results show that the piezoelectric actuators can output 0V-200V DC voltage and have good stability. In this paper, the design method of mechanical vibration controller based on piezoelectric actuator, the design of piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply and the experimental results are helpful to the development of the testing method of piezoelectric ceramic material's mechanical properties. Lay a solid foundation for the next research and development.
