PBN進(jìn)近航線噪聲敏感點(diǎn)規(guī)避降噪方法

【摘要】:降低機(jī)場(chǎng)航空噪聲是促進(jìn)機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的重要因素,隨著基于性能的導(dǎo)航(PBN)實(shí)施的推進(jìn),這一新的導(dǎo)航方式為降噪提供了新方法。航空噪聲是人的聲量感受,機(jī)場(chǎng)周圍人口較為集中的學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、居民區(qū)等構(gòu)成了航空噪聲敏感點(diǎn),進(jìn)近航線避開這些噪聲敏感點(diǎn)可以達(dá)到降噪的效果。根據(jù)飛機(jī)性能和飛行程序特點(diǎn),通過確定飛機(jī)空間位置,構(gòu)建了飛行架次-推力-距離(N-F-d)進(jìn)近航線噪聲敏感點(diǎn)規(guī)避計(jì)算模型;并進(jìn)行噪聲計(jì)算模型修正。選取LWECPN為噪聲評(píng)價(jià)量,結(jié)合INM噪聲評(píng)價(jià)軟件對(duì)廣州白云機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了降噪分析。分析結(jié)果表明,噪聲敏感點(diǎn)的噪聲值顯著減小,噪聲等值線的影響范圍也明顯縮小,降噪效果較好。
[Abstract]:Reducing airfield noise is an important factor to promote the development of the airport. With the implementation of the performance based navigation (PBN) implementation, this new navigation mode provides a new method for noise reduction. Avoiding these noise sensitive points can achieve the effect of noise reduction. According to the characteristics of aircraft performance and flight program, by determining the space position of the aircraft, the calculation model of the flight overhead thrust distance (N-F-d) approaching route noise sensitive point is constructed, and the noise calculation model is repaired. LWECPN is selected as the noise evaluation and combined with the INM noise evaluation. The analysis results show that the noise value of the noise sensitive point is significantly reduced, and the influence range of the noise ISO line is obviously narrowed, and the effect of noise reduction is better.
