光譜相似性度量方法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:為了進(jìn)一步分析光譜相似性度量在高光譜圖像處理中的應(yīng)用,從距離、投影等角度充分歸納總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有二元光譜相似度量方法,并分析討論了二元光譜相似度量存在的問題。重點(diǎn)介紹了一種多元光譜相似性測(cè)量方法,也稱N維立體光譜角(N-dimensional solid spectral angle,NSSA)方法。NSSA方法從本質(zhì)上突破了傳統(tǒng)的二元光譜角(spectral angle mapping,SAM)僅能計(jì)算兩個(gè)光譜之間夾角的局限性,具備聯(lián)合計(jì)算多元光譜歐氏空間夾角的能力,為評(píng)價(jià)多元光譜聯(lián)合相似性提供了一種定量化的度量手段。最后,對(duì)NSSA方法在高光譜波段選擇及端元提取領(lǐng)域的潛在研究?jī)r(jià)值和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和展望。通過分析表明NSSA方法所具備的特性可更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)光譜相似性度量,在高光譜圖像處理領(lǐng)域具有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to further analyze the application of spectral similarity measurement in hyperspectral image processing, the existing binary spectral similarity methods are summarized from the angles of distance and projection, and the existing problems of binary spectral similarity are analyzed and discussed. A multivariate spectral similarity measurement method, also known as N-dimensional solid spectral angleNSSA. NSSA, is introduced in this paper, which essentially breaks through the limitation that the traditional binary spectral spectrum angle mapping SAM can only calculate the angle between the two spectra. It has the ability to jointly calculate the Euclidean space angle of multivariate spectra, which provides a quantitative measure for evaluating the joint similarity of multivariate spectra. Finally, the potential research value and application status of NSSA method in the field of hyperspectral band selection and end-component extraction are analyzed and prospected. The analysis shows that the characteristics of the NSSA method can better measure the spectral similarity and have high research value in the field of hyperspectral image processing.
