滾珠絲杠壓扭型2D電液比例方向閥靜態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:針對直動式電液比例方向閥因比例電磁鐵磁飽和造成流量無法做大的不足,提出了一種滾珠絲杠型2D電液比例方向閥。該閥利用壓扭放大驅(qū)動技術(shù)放大電磁鐵推力,通過靜力分析,其放大系數(shù)為20,能克服摩擦力或卡緊力等非線性因素的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:壓扭聯(lián)軸器螺旋升角和力傳遞半徑越大,壓扭放大效果越明顯;改變顫振幅值比改變頻率對改善閥的靜態(tài)特性影響明顯;增大螺旋升角和力傳遞半徑對閥的靜態(tài)特性改善明顯,在7 MPa系統(tǒng)壓力下,該閥的滯環(huán)不超過3%,死區(qū)約為0.5%;28 MPa系統(tǒng)壓力下,流量可達190 L/min,死區(qū)約為2.8%,滯環(huán)小于5%,導控級泄漏約為0.2 L/min。理論研究與實驗數(shù)據(jù)說明:該閥較傳統(tǒng)的直動閥具有良好的靜態(tài)特性和工程實用價值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortage that the flow rate of direct-acting electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve can not be large due to the magnetic saturation of proportional electromagnet, a ball screw 2D electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve is proposed.Through static analysis, the magnification factor of the valve is 20, which can overcome the influence of nonlinear factors such as friction or clamping force.The experimental results show that the larger the spiral angle and the force transfer radius of the pressure-torsional coupling, the more obvious the effect of pressure-torsional amplification, and the effect of changing the frequency of the vibration amplitude ratio on the improvement of the static characteristics of the valve.The static characteristics of the valve are improved obviously by increasing the spiral lift angle and force transfer radius. Under the pressure of 7 MPa system, the hysteresis of the valve does not exceed 3, and the dead zone is about 0.5 ~ 28 MPa system pressure.The flow rate can reach 190 L / min, the dead zone is about 2.8, the hysteretic loop is less than 5 and the lead level leakage is about 0.2 L / min.The theoretical research and experimental data show that the valve has better static characteristics and practical engineering value than the traditional straight valve.
