【摘要】：為了提高工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性評(píng)估能力,提出一種基于視覺(jué)表達(dá)和圖像分析的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)合理性評(píng)估方法。以工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工件為例,首先采用數(shù)字掃描成像技術(shù)進(jìn)行工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工件的視覺(jué)成像采集,對(duì)采集的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工件視覺(jué)圖像進(jìn)行中值濾波降噪預(yù)處理,然后提取工件的邊緣輪廓特征,采用Harris角點(diǎn)檢測(cè)方法對(duì)工件的關(guān)鍵加工點(diǎn)進(jìn)行定位檢測(cè)和合理性評(píng)估。最后進(jìn)行仿真測(cè)試分析,結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進(jìn)行工業(yè)工件設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性能更好,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)更明確。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the rationality evaluation ability of industrial design, a method of industrial design rationality evaluation based on visual representation and image analysis is proposed.Taking the industrial design workpiece as an example, the digital scanning imaging technology is used to collect the visual image of the industrial design workpiece, and the median filtering noise reduction preprocessing of the collected visual image of the industrial design workpiece is carried out.Then the edge contour features of the workpiece are extracted, and the key processing points of the workpiece are detected and evaluated by using the Harris corner detection method.Finally, the simulation test results show that the rationality evaluation of the design is more accurate and the evaluation index is more clear when the method is used in the industrial workpiece design.
