基于改進(jìn)SLP的生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,市場需求愈發(fā)多樣化和個性化,市場充滿活力的同時企業(yè)面臨著更大的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)。提升生產(chǎn)車間布局的合理性是制造企業(yè)增強自身核心競爭力的強有力手段之一。然而,生產(chǎn)車間布局設(shè)計是一個多目標(biāo)和多約束的優(yōu)化問題,僅依靠現(xiàn)有的布局方法很難滿足工程實踐的需求。本論文綜合SLP、啟發(fā)式算法等方法技術(shù),針對生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局存在的關(guān)鍵問題,科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地對生產(chǎn)車間進(jìn)行靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局設(shè)計。 基于此,論文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下: 首先,闡述本文的研究背景,并對目前針對類似課題的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本論文研究目的及意義;明確論文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 其次,分析生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局關(guān)鍵問題。分析引起生產(chǎn)車間布局問題的起因,研究生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局類型,并分析不同設(shè)施布局類型之間的關(guān)系,得出生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)布局的關(guān)鍵問題。 再次,提出改進(jìn)SLP方法,構(gòu)建基于改進(jìn)SLP靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局模型,并利用改進(jìn)PSO算法對模型進(jìn)行求解。研究生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局方法。分析了常見的生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局方法,明確各個方法的優(yōu)缺點,提出改進(jìn)SLP方法;分析主要建模的要求與方法,并提出了生產(chǎn)車間靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局模型,闡述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PSO算法,并對其進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),利用改進(jìn)后的PSO算法對改進(jìn)SLP靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局模型進(jìn)行求解。 最后,,將改進(jìn)SLP靜態(tài)設(shè)施布局方法進(jìn)行應(yīng)用到實際案例。介紹A公司生產(chǎn)車間的基本情況,針對A公司生產(chǎn)車間的布局問題,運用改進(jìn)SLP方法對其進(jìn)行布局設(shè)計,最終驗證本論文研究的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the global economy, the market demand is becoming more diversified and individualized. While the market is full of vitality, enterprises are facing greater pressure and challenge. Improving the rationality of production workshop layout is one of the powerful means for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. The layout design of production workshop is a multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization problem. It is difficult to meet the requirements of engineering practice by relying on the existing layout methods. Aiming at the key problems in the layout of production workshop facilities, the static facility layout design of production workshop is carried out scientifically and systematically. Based on this, the main contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, this paper describes the research background, and analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status of similar topics; on the basis of this, the purpose and significance of this paper is put forward; the main content of this paper is clear. Secondly, it analyzes the key problems of static facility layout of production workshop, analyzes the causes of the layout problems of production workshop, studies the layout types of production workshop facilities, and analyzes the relationship between different layout types of facilities. The key problem of static layout of production workshop is obtained. Thirdly, an improved SLP method is proposed to build a static facility layout model based on improved SLP. The model is solved by using improved PSO algorithm. The static facility layout method of production workshop is studied. The common static facility layout method of production workshop is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are clarified, and the improved SLP method is put forward. The requirements and methods of main modeling are analyzed, and the static facility layout model of production workshop is put forward, the standard PSO algorithm is expounded and improved, and the improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the improved SLP static facility layout model. Finally, the improved SLP static facility layout method is applied to the actual case. The basic situation of A company's production workshop is introduced, and the improved SLP method is used to design the layout of A company's production workshop. Finally, the validity and feasibility of this paper are verified.
