【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們的生活日漸富足。在滿足基本生活需要的基礎(chǔ)上,人們對(duì)生活品質(zhì)和生活健康的關(guān)注和追求逐漸提升。如今,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,同時(shí)智能手機(jī)的普及和傳感器藍(lán)牙技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,以及大數(shù)據(jù)的迅速普及等,使移動(dòng)服務(wù)行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。文章以服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)為切入點(diǎn),通過相關(guān)理論的研究整理,闡述了服務(wù)的定義、服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的流程方法和優(yōu)點(diǎn),整理了用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的研究資料,并對(duì)移動(dòng)健康和移動(dòng)健康服務(wù)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。并通過對(duì)情境理論、顯性和隱性知識(shí)等概念進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。其次,基于相關(guān)理論的研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)移動(dòng)健康服務(wù)先后進(jìn)行廣義情境分析和狹義情境分析。通過廣義情境分析法綜合分析人、服務(wù)、環(huán)境間的整體關(guān)系建立移動(dòng)健康服務(wù)情境,再使用狹義情境分析法分別對(duì)人與服務(wù)、人與環(huán)境和服務(wù)與環(huán)境間的交互關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,得到基于移動(dòng)健康服務(wù)的隱性需求,并將這些隱性需求進(jìn)行歸類,針對(duì)服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)所包含的軟件和硬件產(chǎn)品開發(fā)分為不同層次并采用不同方法進(jìn)行顯性化設(shè)計(jì),從而更合理地安排服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)流程,以設(shè)計(jì)出更符合用戶需求的可提供優(yōu)秀用戶體驗(yàn)的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品。最后,課題針對(duì)孕期女性體重的健康管理服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)為例進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。目前針對(duì)女性孕期的基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)體系剛起步,特別是針對(duì)孕期這一特殊時(shí)期的個(gè)性化的健康數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)產(chǎn)品成熟度較低,孕期市場(chǎng)還有巨大的需求缺口。本課題意在以基于情境的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)的方法,通過情境建立、隱性需求挖掘、顯性化設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)的交互設(shè)計(jì)模型,采用軟硬結(jié)合的方式,開發(fā)出能夠解決女性孕期痛點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)品。以本課題研究為基礎(chǔ),為項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的進(jìn)一步深化做鋪墊。希望通過建立針對(duì)女性孕期體重的數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)分析、建議指導(dǎo)、生活管理等一系列健康數(shù)據(jù)管理的服務(wù)體系,為孕期女性和其家人提供一套較為合理方便和科學(xué)的個(gè)性化健康管理服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, people's lives become more affluent. On the basis of meeting the basic needs of life, gradually raise concerns on the quality of life and the pursuit of life and health. Today, the Internet, networking industry booming, and the popularity of mobile phone and intelligent sensor Bluetooth technology, and the rapid popularization of big data so, the mobile service industry developed rapidly. Based on the service design as the breakthrough point, through the study of the theory of consolidation, expounds the definition of the service process, service design methods and advantages of product development, the user experience design and research data, and the mobile mobile health and health services and for the related research. Based on the context theory, explicit and tacit knowledge concepts and summarizes the relevant theories of the research. Secondly, based on the mobile health service after the first general situation Analysis of environmental analysis and narrow context. Through comprehensive analysis of generalized scenario analysis, the overall service, the relationship between the environment and the establishment of mobile health service situation, and then use the narrow context analysis of each of the people and service, analyze the relationship between human and environment and the interaction between environment and service, get mobile health services based on implicit demand, and these are classified according to the implicit demand, including service design software and hardware product development into different levels and with different methods of explicit design, so as to arrange the service design process more reasonable, to design more in line with the needs of users can provide excellent user experience service products. Finally, according to the project design health management services for pregnant women's weight as an example to design practice. The basic service system for women during pregnancy has just started, especially for this special pregnancy Mature health data monitoring products during the period of individuation degree is low, the pregnancy there is a huge market demand gap. This topic in the context based service design method, through the establishment situation, the implicit demand mining, interaction design model of explicit design expression, using a combination of hardware and software, is developed to solve the pain during pregnancy the products of this research. On the basis, further deepening to pave the way for the project development. I hope through the establishment of data acquisition for women, pregnancy weight data analysis, suggestions and guidance, life management and a series of health data management service system, to provide a more convenient and reasonable scientific and personalized health management services for pregnancy women and their families.
