【摘要】：對員工的激勵,從某個方面來說就是員工的生存與發(fā)展問題。組織要發(fā)展必須解決好員工的生存與發(fā)展問題,通過激勵來整合員工和組織的價值訴求,使員工和組織成為利益和價值的共同體,使其共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Incentive to employees, in a way, is the survival and development of employees. In order to develop, the organization must solve the problem of the survival and development of the employees, integrate the value demands of the employees and the organization through incentive, make the employees and organizations become the community of interests and values, and make them develop together.
