【摘要】：智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)智庫(kù)本身的建設(shè)發(fā)展情況及社會(huì)、政策、學(xué)術(shù)、國(guó)際影響力等因素的綜合評(píng)判,也是對(duì)智庫(kù)發(fā)展生態(tài)環(huán)境的整體考量。近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)穩(wěn)步向前推進(jìn),科學(xué)合理地構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系的重要性和緊迫性突顯。本文對(duì)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系內(nèi)涵和外延進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的流程和方法進(jìn)行了梳理,從對(duì)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)的概念界定、重視程度、資源數(shù)據(jù)共享以及結(jié)果應(yīng)用四個(gè)方面深入剖析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)領(lǐng)域存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of think tanks is not only a comprehensive evaluation of the construction and development of think tanks and social, policy, academic, international influence and other factors, but also an overall consideration of the development of ecological environment of think tanks. In recent years, with the steady progress of the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics, the importance and urgency of constructing the evaluation system of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics in a scientific and reasonable manner is prominent. This paper defines the connotation and extension of the evaluation system of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics, combs the process and method of the evaluation, defines the concept of the evaluation of the think tank, and attaches great importance to it. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the field of evaluation of think tanks in China from four aspects of resource data sharing and the application of results, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the problems existing in the field of evaluation of think tanks in China.
