【摘要】：管理研究與實踐脫節(jié)是管理發(fā)展的難題,對于如何彌合二者之間的鴻溝也同樣困擾著中國管理學(xué)界�；诖�,首先從管理研究的本質(zhì)規(guī)律出發(fā),進行管理理論回溯,提出管理研究和管理實踐是本源合一的;其次,認為研究與實踐的鴻溝的存在,源于雙方未達成"共識";再次,指出跨越鴻溝需要以框定真問題為"橋梁";最后,提出彌合研究與實踐的"兩出兩進"方法論,對雙方有效對話的建議,以及對我國管理研究的期待。
[Abstract]:The disconnection between management research and practice is a difficult problem in management development, and how to bridge the gap between the two also puzzles the Chinese management circles. Based on this, first of all, starting from the essential law of management research, this paper goes back to the management theory, and puts forward that the management research and management practice are the unity of origin. Secondly, it is considered that the gap between research and practice stems from the failure of the two sides to reach a "consensus". Thirdly, it is pointed out that it is necessary to frame the real problem as the "bridge" to bridge the gap; finally, the "two-out and two-way" methodology to bridge the research and practice, the suggestions for the effective dialogue between the two sides, and the expectation for the management research of our country are put forward.
