管理學研究與實踐的脫節(jié)及其彌合:對陳春花的訪談

【摘要】：實踐屬性對于管理學科非常重要,管理學是一門應用學科,而應用學科的主要特征就是要能用。為了追求能用的科學研究,必須找出有價值的問題,尤其是能夠指導實踐的問題,這就是實踐先行,而科學性則是后續(xù)研究中應該遵循的原則。上述過程之前后順序非常關鍵,不按照"從實踐先行再到科學研究"的順序就可能導致科學研究與實踐有效性的沖突。在沒有認真觀察企業(yè)的情況下,硬找文獻或者理論去套是不行的。中國的管理學術研究要與實踐緊密結合,就需要學者深入觀察中國企業(yè)、基于"中國經驗"提出更多"以實踐為先導"的"陳春花命題"或"類陳春花命題",而不是大量從文獻中轉手即來的"美國式管理命題"。同時,中國的管理學術期刊也應更加關注"中國經驗、中國假設與中國命題",而不能一味延續(xù)美國頂級期刊所關心的問題。
[Abstract]:The practical attribute is very important to the management discipline. Management is an applied discipline, and the main characteristic of the applied discipline is that it can be used. In order to pursue useful scientific research, it is necessary to find out valuable problems, especially those that can guide practice. This is practice first, while scientific science is the principle that should be followed in the follow-up research. The sequence of the above processes is very important. Failure to follow the order of "from practice first to scientific research" may lead to the conflict between the effectiveness of scientific research and practice. In the absence of careful observation of the enterprise, hard looking for literature or theory to set up is not good. In order to integrate Chinese management academic research closely with practice, it is necessary for scholars to observe Chinese enterprises in depth and put forward more "Chen Chunhua propositions" or "similar Chen Chunhua propositions" based on the "Chinese experience", which are "practice-oriented" or "Chen Chun-Hua propositions". Rather than a large number of "American-style management propositions," which were transferred from the literature. At the same time, Chinese management journals should pay more attention to "China experience, China hypothesis and China proposition", and should not continue the concerns of the top American journals.
