【摘要】：新環(huán)境下智庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響力的評價顯得尤為重要。論文構(gòu)建了智庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響力評價指標(biāo)體系,具體由三個一級指標(biāo)(智庫網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、智庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播、智庫新媒體)和七個二級指標(biāo)組成。以《2015年中國智庫報告》中高校、黨政軍、地方社科院和社會四類智庫為樣本,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)不同系統(tǒng)智庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響力差別較大,高校智庫遙遙領(lǐng)先;黨政軍智庫在網(wǎng)站影響力方面占優(yōu);社會智庫則在新媒體影響力方面領(lǐng)先;地方社科院智庫總體處于弱勢地位。就此,文章提出智庫應(yīng)該注重網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、靈活運用新媒體、豐富網(wǎng)絡(luò)參與形式、加強與媒體合作等建議。
[Abstract]:Under the new environment, it is very important to evaluate the network influence of think tanks. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the network influence of think tank, which consists of three first-level indexes (think tank website construction, think tank network dissemination, think tank new media) and seven second-level indexes. Taking four kinds of think tanks in the report of China think tank in 2015 as samples: colleges and universities, party, government and army, local academy of social sciences and social think tanks, it is found that the network influence of different system think tanks is quite different, and the think tanks of colleges and universities are far ahead of other think tanks. Think tanks of the party, government and army dominate the influence of websites, social think tanks lead in the influence of new media, and think tanks of the local academy of social sciences are generally in a weak position. In this paper, think tanks should pay attention to the construction of websites, flexible use of new media, enrich the forms of network participation, strengthen cooperation with the media and other suggestions.
