【摘要】：由于積極組織行為學(xué)的特殊性,為傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)激管理的模式開辟了新的天地,尤其是對于消極應(yīng)急預(yù)防與控制這方面。對于個(gè)體而言,應(yīng)急源是一個(gè)中性的失誤,個(gè)體對此進(jìn)行積極地評估或者認(rèn)識,可以認(rèn)為應(yīng)激源是可以提升目標(biāo)的幸福感并維持一段時(shí)間的事物,這種反應(yīng)就被稱作積極性應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。組織應(yīng)當(dāng)同時(shí)對兩方面的反應(yīng)(消極應(yīng)激反應(yīng)與積極應(yīng)激反應(yīng))同時(shí)進(jìn)行管理,注重誘發(fā)積極應(yīng)激反應(yīng)和提升對其的內(nèi)涵的深思,對消極應(yīng)激的對策和解決方法,二者并重的雙重應(yīng)急管理模式,這是組織日后的發(fā)展選擇方向。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of active organizational behavior, it has opened up a new world for the traditional stress management mode, especially for passive emergency prevention and control. For an individual, the source of urgency is a neutral error, and the individual positively assesses or recognizes that the source of stress is something that can enhance the happiness of the goal and maintain it for a period of time. This response is called a positive stress response. Organizations should manage both responses (negative stress response and positive stress response) at the same time, pay attention to eliciting positive stress response and promoting deep reflection on its connotation, countermeasures and solutions to negative stress. Both pay equal attention to the dual emergency management mode, which is the direction of future development of the organization.
